   Housing in St. Bonifacius

St. Bonifacius is located west of the Twin Cities on Highway 7. Its latest population is estimated at 2,400 and was taken from the 2005 census. That population was up 28 percent from 2000.

The city registered a phenomenal 59 percent increase from 1990 to 2000.

Lots available in St. Bonifacius:

• Bonnie Addition - one lot off of Oakland Street, north of Highway 7.

• Pauly Farm - on County Road 92, north of Highway 7 offers two lots.

• Wildwood Meadows - one lot plus three smaller detached townhome lots, on Wildwood Avenue, north of Highway 7.

St. Boni’s population is mainly families with young children, according to census figures.
