   Many Lester Prairie housing options

By Jennifer Gallus
Staff Writer

Housing choices abound in this small-town-atmosphere community. With the metro area only less than an hour away, Lester Prairie continues to draw new residents, as well as retain its long-time dwellers.

Just about every type of housing option exists in the community from apartments to single family houses to townhomes.

The community’s close proximity to Highway 7 is another attractive feature Lester Prairie residents enjoy.

Prairie Ridge is a development situated near the southeast edge of town on McLeod County Road 9. The development overlooks the Crow River.

This development includes a park with plenty of playground equipment to satisfy any kid’s play appetite. For more information about the development, contact Enterprise Properties at (763) 546-2500.

East Park Estates is another development in the area and is located on McLeod County Road 9. This development began adding homes to the community in 2005 and offers both single family homes as well as townhomes.

Located near the development is Sunrise Park. For more information about East Park Estates, contact Lenny and Linda Juncewski at (320) 485-4408,
