   Many Montrose housing options

The City of Montrose has grown at a dramatic rate over the past few years, and that growth will continue with a number of new developments in the works.

More than 13 new developments are either in the planning stage or under construction. Based on the number of units planned, these developments would result in more than 1,800 single-family units and nearly 700 townhome units when complete.
