   Naterra Land chooses Wright County
  lakeshore as exclusive

By Linda Scherer
Staff Writer

Naterra Land has been in the business of selling picturesque, recreational, and tranquil property settings for 27 years. It only chooses prime acreage to sell.

Recently, the company sold acreage in Wright County surrounding Lake Ann and Lake Emma, right off of Wright County Road 30. The site was divided into 1.6 to 4.9 acre parcels.

The Wright County development called Country Estates, has a country setting, lakeshore, and trees, what Naterra calls a “Midwest getaway.”

“We can’t make 100 percent of the people happy, but at Lake Ann, people wanted a lake home and were willing to commute to be able to have one place with both a home and a lake,” Steve Giese, manager of Naterra Land in Nisswa said.

With Country Estates only one hour away from the city, the commute time was not considered excessive.

Country Estates also offers wildlife, which includes deer, fox, geese, ducks and rabbits. On occasion, a bald eagle has been seen.

All of the Lake Ann and Lake Emma lakeshore property has been sold as of March and Naterra has moved on to other areas.

From lakefront property in Minnesota and Wisconsin to mountain property in Georgia and Tennessee, Naterra chooses select realty.

“We handle properties for recreation, mountain views, and Midwest getaways. We try not to disturb the land, or as little as possible. We are very careful when dividing property lines. We work with its natural boundaries,” Giese said.

Naterra has offices in Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. Its corporate office is in Minneapolis.
