Waverly is growing rapidly, with many new residential projects in the works.
Waverly currently has six residential developments and an industrial development in progress.
The Carrigan Estates development will offer 54 single-family homes in the first phase, with a total of 85 to be built south of Highway 12. The homes will be part of an association, which will take care of yard maintenance and other chores. The association homes will have access to Carrigan Lake. The price range starts at $200,000.
In addition, Carrigan Estates will offer upscale lakeshore homes along Carrigan Lake.
The third phase of the Summerfields development is complete. The residential development consists of 52 lots. A three-acre park facility will serve the entire development.
Carrigan Meadows residential development includes a total of 250 lots being offered, when all phases are completed.
Thirty-two acres of industrial land platted with the Carrigan Meadows development is now owned by Stevens West 2. Industrial sites are being offered for sale, with utilities and road work being planned for the 2007 construction season.
The third addition of Carrigan Meadows will offer 60 lots.
Woodland Shores is a development located on the southeast area of Carrigan Lake.
Development work is underway for the first phase of the project. There are 83 homes being built by Family One Builders, including landscaping of the yards. Each home will be provided an unscreened gazebo.
Spring Meadows has 17 lots that have been developed available in the first phase. The location is adjacent to CSAH 8 and south of Summerfields.
