   Housing opportunities in Winsted

The City of Winsted is on the move, and as more and more people choose to move with and to the city, the call for additional housing has gone out.

The answer to the call has been several developments with an array of residential options.

Townhomes, apartments, and houses are available to suit everyone’s housing needs.

The newest development is Winsted Ponds, which begins construction in the spring of 2006. There are 69 lots in this development, which is located in the south part of town on McLeod County Road 1.

Grass Lakes Farm will also begin construction in the spring of 2006. This development will be launching its second phase.

As Winsted continues to mesh both the benefits of an agricultural and industrial community, the need for additional housing to keep up with the community is continuously being met.
