Recycling: Recycling for township residents takes place the fourth Wednesday of the month. Residents may place recyclables at the end of their driveway. Questions about recycling can be directed to Clerk Gloria Janikula at (763) 658-4177.

Sanitation: Woodland Township does not provide sanitation services. Contact a local garbage hauler for information on pick-ups.

Burning permits: Burning permits can be obtained from Waverly Fire Chief Mark Karels ((763) 658-4662, Montrose Fire Chief Mike Marketon (763) 675-3598, Harvey Young (763) 658-4543, or Ken Pawelk (952) 955-1181.

Building permits: Contact Clerk Janikula or Wright County Planning and Zoning at 763-682-3900.
