TUESDAY, FEB. 10

7:43 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Glencoe Fire Department, Glencoe Police Department and Glencoe Ambulance responded to a vehicle in a ditch in the area of 120th Street and Eagle Avenue, northeast of Glencoe. The vehicle, a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am driven by a 16-year-old from Plato, had over $1,000 in damage, and the driver was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

7:46 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a two-vehicle accident in the area of Highway 22 and 125th Street, northwest of Glencoe. There were no injuries.

7:47 a.m. — A vehicle was reported in a ditch in the area of Highway 15 and Common Street, north of Hutchinson. There were no injuries. The vehicle, a 2009 Chevrolet Impala, driven by Sara Lynn Zimmerman, 31, of Litchfield, had over $1,000 in damage.

10:28 a.m. — A deputy responded to a vehicle in a ditch in the area of County Road 7 and 85th Street, northeast of Stewart. There were no injuries, and minor damage to the vehicle.

12:39 p.m. — A deputy took a report of license plates stolen from a residence on Highway 15, south of Hutchinson.

5:29 p.m. — A deputy responded to an accident near a residence on Judson Court, north of Hutchinson. There were no injuries. The vehicle, a 2004 Buick Rendezvous, owned by Lori and Donald Mcelmury Jr. and driven by Jordan Michael Mcelmury, 20, of Hutchinson, had over $1,000 in damage.

7 p.m. — A deputy responded to a car-deer accident in the area of 230th Street and Tagus Avenue, north of Hutchinson. There were no injuries.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 11

12:10 a.m. — Deputies responded to a requested welfare check on an individual at a residence on County Road 7, northeast of Hutchinson. Everything was fine.

7:01 a.m. — A deputy responded to a report of a harassing phone call at a residence on Vista Road, northwest of Hutchinson.

8:31 a.m. — A deputy responded to a vehicle in a ditch in the area of Tagus Avenue and County Road 7, south of Hutchinson. The vehicle was a 2001 Ford F150, driven by Angela Koglin, 19, and owned by Casey Shoutz, both of Brownton. There were no injuries, and the vehicle was towed.

8:41 a.m. — Garbage was reportedly dumped in the area of 180th Street and Vale Avenue, west of Hutchinson.

9:08 a.m. — Deputies responded to a requested welfare check on an individual on Killdeer Avenue, west of Glencoe.

11:59 — The sheriff’s office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol and the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office with a property damage motor vehicle crash in the area of Highway 22 and Highway 7, northwest of Hutchinson.

12:01 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Lester Prairie First Responders and Ridgeview Ambulance responded to a medical alarm on 215th Street, northeast of Lester Prairie. There was no transport.

10 p.m. — A deputy, the Stewart First Responders and the Buffalo Lake Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Herbert Street in Stewart. A person was taken by ambulance to the Hutchinson hospital.

THURSDAY, FEB. 12

12:01 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Winsted Police Department with a 911 hang-up call from an apartment on Southshore Drive in Winsted. A person was taken by Ridgeview Ambulance to a hospital.

3:39 p.m. — A deputy assisted the Hutchinson Police Department by giving a juvenile a ride home.

FRIDAY, FEB. 13

3:43 a.m. — A deputy assisted the Glencoe Police Department and the Glencoe Ambulance with a medical emergency at an apartment on Prairie Avenue in Glencoe. The person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

11:51 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department and Glencoe Ambulance with another medical emergency, this one on Elm Avenue N in Glencoe. A person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

12:14 p.m. — A deputy assisted the Glencoe Police Department and the Glencoe Ambulance with a third medical emergency, this one reported at a business on Ives Avenue N in Glencoe. Again, a person was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

3:21 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department with a person making suicidal comments at a residence on Newton Avenue N in Glencoe. The Glencoe Ambulance also responded.

7:09 p.m. — A rolling medical was reported in the area of Highway 7 and Yacht Avenue, northwest of Hutchinson. Responding were the sheriff’s office, Hutchinson First Responders and Hutchinson Ambulance. A person was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Litchfield.

SATURDAY, FEB. 14

8:57 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Winsted Police Department with an unwanted person at a residence on Shady Creek Drive in Winsted. The person left the residence.

9:30 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported at a residence on 210th Street, north of Hutchinson. Everything was fine.

11:41 a.m. — A deputy, the Hutchinson First Responders and the Hutchinson Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highway 7, east of Hutchinson. A person was taken by ambulance to the Hutchinson hospital.

12:55 p.m. — A deputy assisted the Glencoe Police Department in mediating a verbal domestic on 16th Street E in Glencoe.

3:03 p.m. — A deputy, the Stewart First Responders and Buffalo Lake Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on East Street in Stewart. A person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

3:22 p.m. — A deputy assisted a driver with an item that had fallen out of a pickup on County Road 7, northeast of Stewart.

6:32 p.m. — The sheriff’s office received a call from a person having an allergic reaction. The person refused an ambulance and stated he would drive himself to the emergency room. A deputy attempted to intercept the vehicle to check on the person, and eventually found the vehicle in the parking lot at the Hutchinson hospital, and confirmed that the driver had made it there safely.

8:36 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Winsted Police Department, Winsted First Responders and Ridgeview Ambulance with a medical emergency on Linden Avenue W in Winsted. The person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

SUNDAY, FEB. 15

8:16 a.m. — A deputy assisted the Brownton Police Department, Brownton First Responders and Hutchinson Ambulance with a medical emergency on Third Street N in Brownton. The person was taken by ambulance to the Hutchinson hospital.

10:08 a.m. — A deputy took a report of damage to a mailbox on Leaf Avenue, west of Glencoe.

2:58 p.m. — A deputy, the Stewart First Responders and the Buffalo Lake Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Herbert Street in Stewart. A person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

3:36 p.m. — A vehicle was reported in a ditch in the area of 240th Street and Pilot Court, north of Hutchinson. There were no injuries nor damage to the vehicle.

7:04 p.m. — A deputy responded to a report of a loose dog on Croyden Street in Stewart, which was returned to its owner.

9:12 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Hutchinson Police Department with a report of suspicious juveniles on Maple Street NE in Hutchinson. Everything was fine.

10:37 p.m. — A deputy found two dogs on Powers Street in Stewart. One dog was returned to its owner and the other was deceased.

MONDAY, FEB. 16

12:01 a.m. — A deputy responded to a car-deer accident in the area of 155th Street and County Road 2, north of Glencoe. There were no injuries.

1:49 a.m. — A deputy, the Stewart First Responders and Buffalo Lake Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on East Street in Stewart. A person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

10:33 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Winsted Police Department with a requested welfare check on an individual on Sixth Street N in Winsted. Everything was fine.

11:47 a.m. — A dog was reported running loose in Stewart, but a deputy was unable to find it.

1:38 p.m. — A deputy, the Brownton First Responders and the Hutchinson Ambulance responded to a medical on Highway 15, northwest of Brownton. There was no transport.

3:25 p.m. — A deputy, the Hutchinson First Responders and Hutchinson Ambulance all responded to a medical emergency at a business on Turner Avenue, west of Hutchinson. There was no transport.

4:54 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a two-vehicle accident in the area of Highway 212 and Dairy Avenue, east of Glencoe. Also responding were the Glencoe Ambulance, Glencoe Police Department and Plato Fire Department.

11:10 p.m. — A deputy, the Brownton First Responders and Hutchinson Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highway 15, northwest of Brownton. A person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.
