TUESDAY, OCT. 14

9:10 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department with a fight at a residence on Baldwin Avenue in Glencoe. The situation was mediated.

9:23 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Hutchinson First Responders and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on 150th Street, southwest of Hutchinson. The person was taken to the hospital by a family member.

3:50 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department with an accident on 11th Street E in Glencoe. There were minor injuries.

10:43 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Silver Lake First Responders and Silver Lake Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on 235th Street, northeast of Silver Lake. The person was taken to the Glencoe hospital by ambulance.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 15

3:23 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Hutchinson First Responders and the Glencoe Ambulance all responded to a medical emergency on Dorans Street in Biscay. A person was taken to the Glencoe hospital by ambulance.

7:21 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Silver Lake Police Department, Silver Lake First Responders and Silver Lake Ambulance were called to a medical emergency on Frank Street NW in Silver Lake. The person was taken by ambulance to the Hutchinson hospital.

THURSDAY, OCT. 16

5:18 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department with a suicidal individual at a residence on 16th Street E in Glencoe. The person was taken to the Glencoe hospital.

6:45 a.m. — The sheriff’s office investigated a report of threats made on Facebook at an address on Skyview Circle, north of Hutchinson.

8:56 a.m. — A loose calf was reported in the area of County Road 2 and 200th Street, northeast of Silver Lake. The calf was corralled.

4:22 p.m. — A deputy responded to a garbage dump in the area of Lake Hood Road and 235th Court, north of Hutchinson. The deputy made contact with the owners of the garbage, who cleaned it up.

4:48 p.m. — The sheriff’s office and the Lester Prairie Police Department assisted the Winsted Police Department with a driving complaint on Fifth Street S in Winsted. The vehicle was stopped and an individual was taken into custody and transported to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe.

6:58 p.m. — A car-deer accident was reported in the area of Babcock Avenue and 190th Street, northwest of Lester Prairie. There were no injuries.

7:33 p.m. — A deputy assisted with a child custody issue on Orange Avenue, northeast of Hutchinson.

FRIDAY, OCT. 17

7:54 a.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to an animal complaint with damage to property on 210th Street, northeast of Silver Lake. A deputy spoke to all parties involved, who came to an agreement on how to resolve the issue.

12:19 p.m. — A damage to property report was taken at a residence on Lace Avenue, west of Silver Lake.

2:29 p.m. — A deputy took a harrassment report from a resident on 240th Street, northeast of Hutchinson.

4:08 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Hutchinson First Responders and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on 235th Court, north of Hutchinson.

4:34 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Brownton Police Department and Brownton First Responders with a medical emergency on First Avenue North in Brownton. There was no transport.

10:15 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Hutchinson Police Department and Allina Ambulance with a medical emergency on Bradford Street E in Hutchinson.

SATURDAY, OCT. 18

12:55 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Hutchinson Police Department with a domestic situation on Eighth Avenue NW in Hutchinson. Everything was fine.

2:05 a.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a car-deer accident in the area of County Road 2 and 170th Street, southeast of Silver Lake. There were no injuries.

8:37 a.m. — Farm equipment was reported stolen from a residence on Highway 15, north of Hutchinson. The equipment was found and had been damaged.

1:21 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Glencoe Fire Department and Glencoe Police Department all responded to a vehicle fire in the area of Highway 22 and 125th Street, northwest of Glencoe. The fire was extinguished.

2:41 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Winsted Police Department with a report of a juvenile in the roadway on Babcock Avenue in Winsted. The juvenile was found and returned to his parents.

6:32 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Winsted Police Department with a suicidal individual in the area of 230th Street and Industrial Drive in Winsted. Also responding were the Lester Police Department and the Ridgeview Ambulance. The person was taken to a hospital by ambulance.

7 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department and the Glencoe Ambulance with a medical emergency at a business on 11th Street E in Glencoe. The person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

SUNDAY, OCT. 19

1:59 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Stewart First Respnders and Buffalo Lake Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Herbert Street in Stewart. There was no transport.

8:33 a.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a report of unwanted individuals near a residence on 175th Street, south of Lester Prairie.

6:21 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department with a male individual in the area of 16th Street W and Fir Avenue N in Glencoe. He was taken to the Glencoe hospital by a Glencoe officer.

9:05 p.m. — A deputy mediated a domestic situation on Powers Street in Stewart.

MONDAY, OCT. 20

11:27 a.m. — A deputy checked on a vehicle parked in the area of 160th Street and Falcon Avenue, north of Glencoe. The driver was fishing, and the deputy asked him to move his vehicle to a safer location.

11:53 a.m. — A deputy spoke to individuals regarding a possible theft on 200th Street, north of Silver Lake.

12:57 p.m. — Possible harassment was reported at a residence on Lake Hook Road, north of Hutchinson.

3:09 p.m. — A deputy spoke with an individual regarding child custody issues at a residence on 186th Street, south of Silver Lake.

5:54 p.m. — The sheriff’s office and the Lester Prairie Police Department assisted the Carver County Sheriff’s Office with a call on Elm Street N in Lester Prairie.

8:28 p.m. — A deputy responded to a report of two suspicious vehicles in 120th Street, northwest of Brownton. The deputy spoke to the drivers and asked them to leave the area.

8:53 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Winsted First Responders and Ridgeview Ambulance all responded to a one-vehicle accident in the area of County Road 9 and 225th Street, south of Winsted. The driver, Jordan Joseph Fasching, 18, of Winsted, was taken to the Ridgeview Hospital in Waconia by ambulance for treatment of nonlife-threatening injuries. Fasching’s vehicle, a 2004 Ford truck, had over $1,000 in damage.
