THURSDAY, DEC. 22

9:07 a.m. — The sheriff’s office and Minnesota State Patrol responded to a report of loose cows on 135th Street, near Highway 15, south of Hutchinson. The cows were returned.

8:22 p.m. — A deputy responded to a car-deer accident on Vista Road, north of Hutchinson. There were no injuries.

11:52 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Brownton police with an individual on Second Street N in Brownton. The situation was mediated.

FRIDAY, DEC. 23

8:47 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Stewart First Reponders and Buffalo Lake Ambulance responded to a medical at a residence on East Street in Stewart. The patient was taken by ambulance to the Hutchinson emergency room.

9:44 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Silver Lake Police Department with a trespassing issue at a residence on Main Street in Silver Lake. A trespass notice was served on the suspect.

12:19 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Plato First Responders and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical on Cameo Circle, east of Glencoe. The person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

1:02 p.m. — A deputy took a report of possible fraud from a resident on Croyden Street in Stewart.

2:19 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Hutchinson First Responders and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical on Raven Avenue, north of Hutchinson. The patient was taken by ambulance to the emergency room.

11:10 p.m. — A deputy responded to a vehicle in a ditch in the area of Highway 7 and Major Avenue, east of Hutchinson. There were no injuries.

SATURDAY, DEC. 24

12:04 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department with a medical on 20th Street in Glencoe.

12:51 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office with a report of suspicious activity on Fifth Street in Green Isle. Sibley County authorities completed the investigation.

1:36 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Stewart First Responders and Buffalo Lake Ambulance responded to a medical on Croyden Street in Stewart. The person was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

7:06 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with an accident on Highway 7, east of Hutchinson. There were no injuries.

7:19 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a vehicle in a ditch on Highway 212 near Imperial Avenue, west of Glencoe. There were no injuries.

7:42 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with two vehicles in a ditch along Highway 7 near Kale Avenue, west of Silver Lake. There were no injuries. Assisting were the Silver Lake Ambulance and Silver Lake Fire Department.

8:23 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the state patrol with a two-vehicle crash on Highway 15 near 225th Street, north of Hutchinson. There were no injuries.

1:59 p.m. — A deputy disposed of items that were dumped illegally along County Road 9, north of Plato.

3:33 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Silver Lake police with a suspicious female on Main Street E. Officers were unable to find the female, and told the reporting party to call if they see the female again.

10:16 p.m. — Deputies responded to Piepenburg Park on a report of suspicious activity at the boat landing. There was no one around when deputies arrived.

11:53 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe police at the jail.

SUNDAY, DEC. 25

1:30 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Brownton Police Department, Brownton First Responders and Allina Ambulance with a medical on Third Street S in Brownton. The patient was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

7:46 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Winsted police, Winsted First Responders and Ridgeview Ambulance with a medical on Linden Avenue in Winsted. The individual was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

8:35 p.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a report of harassing communications. The situation was mediated.

9:16 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Carver County Sheriff’s office in trying to find a person on Highway 7, north of Lester Prairie, and at a residence on Falcon Avenue, east of Silver Lake.

MONDAY, DEC. 26

4:09 a.m. — A deputy removed debris from the roadway on Highway 22 near Lace Avenue, north of Glencoe.

7:19 a.m. — The Silver Lake Fire Department and the sheriff’s office responded to a chimney fire on Major Avenue, west of Silver Lake.

9:16 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Plato First Responders and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical on Bell Avenue, southwest of Plato.

4:19 p.m. — A deputy removed debris from the road at the intersection of Vista Road and Belle Lake Road, northwest of Hutchinson.

9:09 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Lester Prairie First Responders and Ridgeview Ambulance responded to a medical on Falcon Avenue, west of Lester Prairie. The individual was taken by ambulance to a hospital.

9:49 p.m. — A deputy responded to a car-deer accident on County Road 9, south of Lester Prairie. There were no injuries.

TUESDAY, DEC. 27

1:46 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Hutchinson Police Department with a disturbance on Third Avenue NW in Hutchinson.

5:19 a.m. — The sheriff’s office and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical on Harvest Road north of Glencoe. The person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

2:04 p.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a vehicle in a ditch in the area of York Road and Vale Avenue, southwest of Hutchinson. There were no injuries.

5:57 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Hutchinson police with a medical on Merrill Street in Hutchinson. The person was taken to the Hutchinson emergency room.

9:30 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department with a report of suspicious activity on 16th Street E in Glencoe. Officers were unable to locate anyone.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 28

1:47 a.m. — The sheriff’s office and Winsted Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the Winsted Lake access on Zion Avenue, east of Winsted. Everything was fine, but one person was arrested for active warrants.

9:47 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a vehicle in a ditch on Highway 15, west of Brownton.

3:35 p.m. — A deputy checked on a vehicle in a ditch on Orange Avenue, east of Brownton. The vehicle was not a hazard.

4:01 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Hutchinson police and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical on 230th Street, north of Hutchinson. The patient was taken by ambulance to the Hutchinson hospital.

4:40 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, assisted by the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a requested welfare check on Jade Avenue, northwest of Glencoe.

5:52 p.m. — A deputy responded to a report of a gas drive-off from Casey’s General Store in Stewart.

8:28 p.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a medical on Jefferson Road, southeast of Hutchinson. The person was taken to the Hutchinson hospital.

THURSDAY, DEC. 29

12:53 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Hutchinson Fire and Rescue and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical on Walden Avenue, southwest of Hutchinson. The patient was taken by ambulance to the Hutchinson hospital.

12:46 p.m. — The sheriff’s office and Minnesota State Patrol responded to a domestic on 160th Street, north of Glencoe. The situation was mediated.

1:02 p.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a report of threats being made on 10th Street E in Glencoe. The investigation was referred to the Glencoe Police Department.

1:29 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police Department and Allina Ambulance with a medical on Judd Avenue in Glencoe. The patient was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

3:53 p.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a welfare check on Croyden Street in Stewart. The Stewart First Responders and Allina Ambulance also responded. A person was taken to the Hutchinson hospital.
