On June 27, a car-deer accident was reported at 5:18 a.m. on 122nd Street west of Zero Avenue, north of Plato. The vehicle, a 2000 Chevrolet Venture van, owned and driven by Joseph Edward Ebert, 40, of Silver Lake, received more than $1,000 damage. Ebert was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured.
A single-vehicle accident was reported on June 27, at 10:03 a.m., on Vale Avenue south of 140th Street, south of Hutchinson. The vehicle, a 1995 Plymouth Voyager van, owned by Loraine Nolan and driven by Kathleen Irene Nolan, 18, both of Stewart, received more than $1,000 damage. The driver was wearing her seatbelt and was not injured.
On June 30, a vehicle fire was reported at 9:24 p.m. near the intersection of County Road 7 and 50th Street, south of stewart. The vehicle, a 1991 Mercury Topaz, was owned by David Greiner and driven by Nathan Greiner, 29, both of Stewart.
