MONDAY, AUG. 18

12:19 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police with an assault at a business on 11th Street E in Glencoe. The suspects left the business before officers arrived.

2:19 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police with a possible assault at a residence on 15th Street E in Glencoe. One person was taken to the Brown County Detox Facility in New Ulm.

3:26 a.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a report of a suspicious person on a bicycle in the area of Highway 22 and 150th Street, northwest of Glencoe. A deputy gave the person a ride into Glencoe.

12:23 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Stewart First Responders, Glencoe Ambulance and Buffalo Lake Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hall Street in Stewart. The person was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

4:20 p.m. — Another medical emergency was reported in Stewart, on North Street. Responding were the sheriff’s office, Stewart First Responders and the Buffalo Lake Ambulance. The person was taken to the Glencoe hospital by ambulance.

8:30 p.m. — A person was arrested for trespassing on property on Imperial Avenue, northwest of Glencoe, and taken to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe.

8:40 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Silver Lake Police with a domestic on Grove Avenue NE in Silver Lake. The individuals were separated.

11:03 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Silver Lake Police with a trespasser, who was arrested by the Silver Lake Police and taken to the McLeod County Jail.

11:09 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Hutchinson Police with a suspicious person on Main Street N in Hutchinson. The person was taken to the Brown County Detox Facility in New Ulm.

TUESDAY, AUG. 19

12:47 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Plato First Responders and Glencoe Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on 122nd Street, north of Plato. There was no transport of the patient.

8:29 a.m. — The sheriff’s department assisted the State Patrol with a motor vehicle vs. motorcycle crash in the area of Highway 15 and Denver Avenue SE in Hutchinson. Also responding were the Hutchinson Police and Allina Ambulance. Once person was taken by ambulance to the Hutchinson hospital.

11:25 a.m. — A deputy responded to a report of damage to property at a business on Prior Street in Stewart.

4:05 p.m. — There was a report of a juvenile male displaying what appeared to be a handgun in the Stewart City Park on Prior Street. A deputy determined that it was a toy.

5:42 p.m. — A traffic stop that was the result of a driving complaint resulted on Main Street in Stewart resulted in the arrest of Marcos Garcia Azlonso of Buffalo Lake for probably cause driving while intoxicated. He was taken to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 20

6:44 a.m. — Kevin Christian Fisher, 37, of Hutchinson, was arrested by the sheriff’s department on a probable cause charge of driving while intoxicated after his vehicle went into the ditch in the area of County Road 7 and 220th Street, northeast of Hutchinson. He was not injured, and there was minimal damage to his vehicle. Also responding were the Hutchinson Fire Department and Allina Ambulance. Fisher was taken to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe.

7:01 p.m. — A car-deer accident was reported in the area of Highway 15 and 240th Street, north of Hutchinson. There were no injuries.

11:33 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police in looking for a missing juvenile from a residence on Chestnut Street in Glencoe. The juvenile returned home.

THURSDAY, AUG. 21

1:14 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Hutchinson Police with a disturbance on Rolling Oaks Lane in Hutchinson. A Hutchinson officer arrested a juvenile.

7:33 a.m. — A car-deer accident was reported in the area of 230th Street and Major Avenue, northeast of Hutchinson. There were no injuries.

9:02 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted a resident on 140th Street, north of Stewart, with a computer that had been hacked.

9:30 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Lester Prairie Police with a domestic on Elm Street N in Lester Prairie. The Lester Prairie officer arrested an individual, who was taken to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe.

11:42 a.m. — The sheriff’s office, Lester Prairie First Responders and Ridgeview Amublance responded to a medical emergency on 175th Street, southwest of Lester Prairie. The patient was taken by ambulance to the Glencoe hospital.

FRIDAY, AUG. 22

2:42 a.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Silver Lake Police with a domestic dispute on Grove Avenue SE in Silver Lake. The situation was mediated.

4:18 a.m. — A deputy picked up a juvenile in the area of Main Street and Lake Avenue S in Silver Lake, gave him a ride home, spoke with his guardian, and verbally warned him for curfew.

3:15 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted with a medical on Nature Avenue near Brownton.

3:50 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted McLeod County Social Services with a child custody issue on 140th Street, north of Glencoe.

9:11 p.m. — The sheriff’s office, Glencoe Ambulance, Glencoe Police Department and Glencoe Fire Department responded to a one-vehicle accident in the area of County Road 2 and 120th Street, north of Glencoe. A juvenile was taken to the Glencoe hospital by ambulance.

9:29 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Lester Prairie Police, Lester Prairie First Responders and Ridgeview Ambulance with a medical emergency at a park on Second Avenue S in Lester Prairie. A person was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

SATURDAY, AUG. 23

8:37 a.m. — A deputy took a theft report from a business on Nature Avenue, southeast of Hutchinson.

11:31 a.m. — The sheriff’s office responded to a reported dog bite on Hennepin Avenue, north of Glencoe.

3:25 p.m. — The sheriff’s office and Allina Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Nature Avenue, southeast of Brownton. The person was taken to the Hutchinson hospital by ambulance.

4:23 p.m. — Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Grove Street in Stewart.

7:36 p.m. — Another domestic disturbance was reported in Stewart, this time on Powers Street. A juvenile was taken to the Hutchinson hospital by a deputy.

7:55 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Lester Prairie Police with an intoxicated male near the intersection of Hickory Street N and First Avenue N in Lester Prairie.

10:12 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the State Patrol with a vehicle rollover in the area of Highway 212 and Dairy Avenue, east of Glencoe. Also responding were the Glencoe Fire Department, Glencoe Police and Allina Ambulance. Two were injured and taken to the Glencoe hospital by ambulance.

SUNDAY, AUG. 24

11:31 a.m. — A complaint about a garbage dump in the area of Oday Avenue and 210th Street, northeast of Hutchinson, was received. The owner of the debris was contacted by a deputy.

2:11 p.m. — The sheriff’s office assisted the Glencoe Police with a verbal domestic on 15th Street W in Glencoe. The situation was mediated.

5:53 p.m. — A deputy responded to a report of an individual walking near a residence on 230th Street, northwest of Hutchinson. The deputy gave the male a ride into Hutchinson.

6:22 p.m. — A male was reported walking in the area of Highway 212 and Dairy Avenue, east of Glencoe. A deputy was unable to find the person, but did find a disabled vehicle in the area, and planned to check back later to see if the individual returned or if the vehicle had been moved.

8:35 p.m. — A motorycle-car collision in the area of Tagus Avenue and 230th Street, north of Hutchinson, resulted in injuries to the driver of the motorcycle, a 17-year-old from Hutchinson. The youth was taken to the Hutchinson hospital by ambulance. The motorcycle was a 2006 Yamaha Racer. The other vehicle was a 2007 Mazda 6, owned and driven by Taylor Rose Nass, 23, of Hutchinson. Both vehicles had over $1,000 in damage. A citation was issued to the motorcycle driver. Also responding were the Allina Ambulance and the Hutchinson Fire Department.

9:45 p.m. — Mary Jane Reilein, 57, of Hutchinson, was arrested for probable cause charge of driving while intoxicated after being stopped because of a driving complaint on Highway 7, east of Silver Lake. She was taken to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe.

9:47 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported at a business on Highway 15 in Hutchinson. Two individuals who left in a vehicle were later found in Litchfield by the Meeker’s County Sheriff’s Office.
