March 29 at 1:45 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Glencoe Police with a medical on Chestnut St. in Glencoe. The deputy cleared with a report.

March 29 at 9:49 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical on 86th Cir., southeast of Glencoe. One individual was transported to the Glencoe hospital. The deputies cleared with no reports.

March 29 at 2:48 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cable line hanging down in the area of CR 2 and 130th St, north of Glencoe. Also responding were the Glencoe Fire and the McLeod Coop. The deputy cleared with no report.

March 29 at 7:59 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check on Main St. in Stewart. Everything was fine. The deputy cleared with no report.

March 29 at 8:01 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Winsted Police with a welfare check on Southshore Dr. in Winsted. The deputies cleared with no reports.

March 29 at 8:23 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office did a welfare check on Main St. E. in Silver Lake. Everything was fine. The deputies cleared with reports.

March 29 at 9:02 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a traffic stop on Hwy. 7 in Silver Lake. The deputy cleared with no report.

March 29 at 9:30 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Glencoe Police with a welfare check on 7th St. E. in Glencoe. The deputies cleared with no reports.

March 30 at 4:29 am, the Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical on Hwy. 7, west of Hutchinson. Also responding were the Hutchinson Fire and Allina Ambulance. One individual was transported to the hospital. The deputy cleared with no reports.

March 30 at 10:39 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office spoke with an individual in the lobby regarding a violation of a court order. The deputy cleared with a report.

March 30 at 1:14 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office spoke with an individual over the phone regarding a theft. This investigation will continue.

March 30 at 2:16 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of property damage on 110th St., west of Glencoe. The deputy cleared with a report.

March 30 at 8:17 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint on Nature Ave., southeast of Hutchinson. Also responding was the Glencoe Police, who located the vehicle. The deputy assisted with the traffic stop and cleared with no report.

March 30 at 9:09 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Glencoe Police with a traffic stop in the area of Greeley Ave. N. and 11th St. E. in Glencoe. The deputy cleared with no report.

March 31 at 4:09 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical on 150th St., south of Hutchinson. Also responding was Allina Ambulance. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson hospital. The deputy cleared with a report.

March 31 at 5:54 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 hang up on Hall St. in Stewart. The deputies advised the individuals of their options and cleared with a report.

March 31 at 7:51 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Hutchinson Police with a juvenile complaint on Shady Ridge Rd. NW in Hutchinson. The deputy cleared with no report.

March 31 at 8:11 p.m., the Sheriff’s office responded to a domestic on 200th St., northwest of Silver Lake. Also responding was the Silver Lake Ambulance. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson hospital. As a result, Justin Delare, age 31, was arrested for probable cause domestic assault, domestic assault by strangulation, and interference with an emergency communication, and transported to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe. The deputy cleared with reports.

April 1 at 10:10 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a theft on Dairy Ave., east of Glencoe. The deputy cleared with a report.

April 1 at 12:08 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Hutchinson Police with a theft on Denver Ave. SE in Hutchinson. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 2 at 1:01 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Hutchinson PD with suspicious activity on Colorado St. NW in Hutchinson. The deputies cleared with no report.

April 2 at 9:53 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a male stuck in a tree behind a residence on 220th St, west of Winsted. Also assisting were the Winsted Fire Department and the Ridgeview ambulance. The deputies cleared with no report.

April 2 at 10:45 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted an individual that came to the Sheriff’s Office west parking lot in Glencoe, with some questions that they had. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 2 at 11:40 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint of a vehicle that almost hit a semi on York Rd. in the area of Vale Ave., southwest of Hutchinson. The deputies were unable to locate the vehicle, and cleared with no reports.

April 2 at 11:42 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to nuisance property at Cindy St. and Front St. in Biscay. The deputy cleared with a report.

April 2 at 12:14 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a burn out of control on 200th St., north of Silver Lake. Silver Lake Fire responded to put the fire out. The deputies cleared, and the individual was issued a citation for burning during a burn ban, and verbally warned for not having a burn permit.

April 2 at 9:53 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a male stuck in a tree behind a residence on 220th St., west of Winsted. Also assisting were the Winsted Fire Department and the Ridgeview Ambulance. The deputies cleared with no report.

April 2 at 1:05 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Oday Ave., east of Hutchinson, for threats that were made to the homeowners. The deputies spoke with the individuals on scene and issued a trespass order for them not to return to the property for a year. The deputies cleared with reports.

April 2 at 1:44 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Hutchinson PD with a traffic stop near the intersection of 5th Ave. NE and Bluff St. NE in Hutchinson. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 2 at 4:22 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical on 2nd Ave. NE in Plato. Also responding were Plato Fire and Allina Ambulance. The deputies cleared with no report.

April 2 at 6:06 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 hangup in the area of 200th St., Silver Lake. Everything was fine, and the deputy cleared with no report.

April 2 at 6:30 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a violation of court order on Croyden St. in Stewart. The deputy cleared with a report.

April 3 at 12:08 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Buffalo Lake PD in attempting to locate a person on Prior St. in Stewart. The deputies cleared with no report.

April 3 at 12:31 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Glencoe PD with a traffic stop near Morningside Dr. and 1st St. E. in Glencoe. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 3 at 1:32 am, the Sheriff’s Office came across a suspicious vehicle in the area of 200th St., east of Silver Lake. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 3 at 10:13 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol (MSP) with a two-vehicle accident at Hwy. 7 and Babcock Ave., north of Lester Prairie. The deputies cleared with no report.

April 3 at 2:41 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the MSP with a vehicle in the ditch at Hwy. 7 and Hwy. 22, east of Hutchinson. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 3 at 2:44 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a barn fire on 100th St., north of Brownton. Also responding were Brownton Fire and Hutchinson Fire. The investigation is ongoing and the deputy cleared with a report.

April 3 at 4:31 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary on Dill Ave., southwest of Winsted. The investigation is ongoing and the deputy cleared with a report.

April 3 at 5:11 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a hit and run accident at Hwy. 7 and CR 9, north of Lester Prairie. The investigation is ongoing, and the deputy cleared with a report.

April 3 at 5:42 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Hutchinson Police with a two-vehicle accident at School Rd. NW and Hwy. 7 W., in Hutchinson. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 3 at 6:39 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 hangup on 1st St. NE in Plato. Everything was fine and the deputy cleared with no report.

April 3 at 7:42 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a farm equipment property damage accident that occurred on 247th St., north of Silver Lake. Also responding were the Silver Lake Fire and Ambulance Service. The deputy cleared with a report.

April 4 at 2:22 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Hutchinson Police with an assault on Southview Ct. SW. The deputies cleared with no report.

April 4 at 11:48 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint on the Crow River, just north of Biscay. The deputy checked on the complaint, noticed that the trap was no longer set by the time he checked on it, and returned a message to the reporting individual. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 4 at 12:25 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical on Lace Ave., south of Biscay. A female individual was transported to the Hutchinson Health hospital by Allina Ambulance. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 4 at 3:12 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a grass fire on Lace Ave., west of New Auburn, just into Sibley County. The deputy cleared with report.

April 4 at 6:58 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a burglary in the area of 230th St. in Winsted. The deputy cleared with report.

April 4 at 7:31 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an illegal burn on Powers St. in Stewart. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 4 at 7:47 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office was flagged down by an individual in the area of Main St. and Cherry St. in Stewart. The deputy cleared with no report.

April 4 at 10:54 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary in the area of 245th St., north of Silver Lake. As a result, Jeremy Shoemaker, age 37, was arrested for alleged theft, assault 4th degree, and tampering with a motor vehicle. The deputies cleared with reports.
