On Nov. 7 at 12:34 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical on Lace Ave, east of Biscay. Also responding were the Glencoe Fire and Allina Ambulance. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 7 at 2:47 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office removed debris from the roadway in the area of 145th St and Jet Ave, northwest of Glencoe. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 7 at 12:09 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office spoke to an individual over the phone regarding fraud. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 7 at 10:34 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office observed suspicious vehicles in the area of 212th St and CR 9, south of Winsted. Also responding was the Winsted Police. As a result, Thomas Och, age 51, of Stillwater, was arrested for probable cause Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe. The deputies cleared with reports.

On Nov. 8 at 5:48 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical on Belle Lake Rd, north of Hutchinson. Also responding were Hutchinson Fire and Allina Ambulance. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 8 at 1:11 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Winsted Police with a medical on Shady Creek Dr in Winsted. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 8 at 4:41 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted a motorist with lights in the area of 120th St and Dairy Ave, northeast of Glencoe. The vehicle was towed by a private vehicle. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 8 at 5:00 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a car vs. deer accident in the area of Babcock Ave and Hwy 7. There were no injuries and the deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 8 at 6:01 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the MN State Patrol with a two vehicle accident in the area of Hwy 22 and 5th Ave, Hutchinson. The deputies cleared with no report.

On Nov. 8 at 9:33 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a one vehicle accident in the area of CR 7 and 206th Cir., east of Hutchinson. The vehicle was a 1999 Buick Century, driven by a 16 year old juvenile. Also assisting were Hutchinson Police, Hutchinson Fire and Allina Ambulance. The deputy cleared with a citation.

On Nov. 9 at 12:32 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Lester Prairie Police with an alarm on 2nd Ave in Lester Prairie. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 9 at 1:30 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a one vehicle accident on Walden Ave, west of Hutchinson, northwest of Hutchinson. Also assisting was the MN State Patrol, Hutchinson Fire and Allina Ambulance. The vehicle was a 2002 Chevy Silverado driven by a juvenile. The driver and passengers were wearing their seatbelts. One individual was transported to the hospital for possible injuries. The vehicle was towed by a private tow. The deputies cleared with MN State Accident report and a citation.

On Nov. at 2:30 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Winsted Police with a 911 hang up on Westgate Terrace in Winsted. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 9 at 11:40 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint in the area of CR 9 and Hwy 212, south of Plato. Also responding were the Glencoe Police. The deputy located the vehicle, spoke with the driver, and cleared with no report.

On Nov. 9 at 12:03 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a property damage accident in the area of 120th St. and CR 9 near Plato. Vehicle #1 was a 2016 Freightliner, owned by Mathiowetz Construction, was side swiped by vehicle #2, a John Deere Tractor, owned by Robert Villnow, driven by Peter Jorgensen, age 70, of Glencoe. The deputy cleared with a MN State Accident report.

On Nov. 9 at 5:39 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the MN State Patrol with a 2 vehicle accident in the area of 13th St W and Cedar Ave in Glencoe. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 9 at 8:26 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint in the area of CR 2 and 180th St, southeast Silver Lake. The Silver Lake Police located the vehicle. The deputy assisted with the traffic stop and cleared with no report.

On Nov. 9 at 9:03 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity on Hwy 7, west of Hutchinson. Everything was fine. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 10 at 12:47 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Winsted Police with a traffic stop in the area of 1st St N and George Ave E in Winsted. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 10 at 11:49 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office spoke to an individual over the phone regarding a civil assist. The deputy informed the individual of their options and cleared with no report.

On Nov. 10 at 3:10 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office with an accident on Tagus Ave in Meeker County. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 10 at 5:14 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Winsted Police with a traffic stop in the area of 6th St N and Main Ave W in Winsted. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov, 10 at 7:16 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Walden Ave and 180th St, west of Hutchinson. The deputy cleared with a citation.

On Nov. 10 at 10:03 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Winsted Police with a vehicle in the ditch on Zion Ave, east of Winsted. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 11 at 12:43 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Lester Prairie Police with a traffic stop in the area of 185th St and Lily St in Lester Prairie. The deputy cleared with a report.

On Nov. 11 at 3:30 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted with a juvenile complaint in the area of Hwy 212 and Bell Ave, southwest of Plato. The deputies mediated the situation and cleared with a report.

On Nov. 11 at 5:38 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a theft of fuel on 4th Ave SE in Plato. The fuel was paid for at a later time and the deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 11 at 6:56 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint in the area of Hwy 212 and Hwy 22, southwest of Glencoe. Also assisting was the Glencoe Police. The deputy located the vehicle, spoke with the driver about the complaint, and cleared with no report.

On Nov. 12 at 2:59 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a fire on 50th St, southeast of Stewart. Also responding were Stewart Fire, Brownton Fire, and Buffalo Lake Ambulance. The fire was extinguished. The deputy cleared with a report.

On Nov. 12 at 12:07 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a garbage dump in the area of 167th St and Eagle Ave, southwest of Lester Prairie. The deputy cleared with a report to Solid Waste.

On Nov. 12 at 4:35 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle accident on Main St E in Plato. Vehicle #1 was a 2006 Ford Fusion, owned and driven by Betsy Brueggemeier, age 22, of Norwood Young America. Vehicle #2 was a 2016 Hyundai ESS, owned by Cynthia Kalenberg, age 62, of Glencoe. Vehicle #1 was backing up and hit vehicle #2 where it was parked. The deputy cleared with a report.

On Nov. 12 at 4:58 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a fire not being attended to on 100th St, southwest of Plato. The deputy spoke with the owner and cleared with a warning.

On Nov. 12 at 5:23 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted a motorist in the area of 100th Street and Dairy Avenue, East of Glencoe. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 12 at 11:14 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical on 130th St, north of Glencoe. Also assisting was Allina Ambulance. One individual was transported to the Glencoe Hospital. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 13 at 4:13 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of CR 9 and Hwy 212 in Plato for a semi that lost a trailer. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 13 at 6:57 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a complaint of a dog in the roadway on Lake Hook and 200th St, near Hutchinson. The deputy checked area and was unable to locate the dog.

On Nov. 13 at 7:52 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office spoke to an individual by phone who lived on Lace Ave, near Glencoe regarding an injured deer. The deputy cleared with no report after advising caller of the hunting laws.

On Nov. 13 at 6:33 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office checked on a vehicle near CR 7 and Tagus Ave, south of Hutchinson. The driver had run out of gas and had help on the way. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 13 at 7:51 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for debris in the roadway at Hwy 7 and 190th St, southwest of Silver Lake. The deputy removed branches from the road and cleared with no report.

On Nov. 13 at 7:38 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a call for a car vs. deer accident that occurred just south of Winsted, on CR 9. There were no injuries and the deputy cleared with an accident report.

On Nov. 13 at 9:36 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office checked on a suspicious vehicle at the Winsted Lake access. Also responding was the Winsted Police. The deputy cleared with no report.

On Nov. 13 at 9:57 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Winsted Police with a medical call on Baker Ave E, in the city of Winsted. The deputy cleared with no report.
