On the 27th at 2:03 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle near a residence on Lindstrom Avenue West, City of Grove City. The deputy made contact with the two occupants in the vehicle and found all to be okay.

On the 26th at 1:00 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on North Armstrong Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 26th at 2:06 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the Meeker County Jail staff with an unruly inmate at the Meeker County Jail, North Ramsey Avenue, Litchfield.

On the 26th at 2:38 a.m. a Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on South Sibley Avenue, Litchfield. Daren David Sangren, age 27, of Litchfield, was arrested for DWI and transported to the Meeker County Jail.

On the 26th at 9:35 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded and dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 340th Street, Forest Prairie Township. No transport was needed.

On the 26th at 11:10 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at 3rd Street and Atlantic Avenue, Dassel. A report was taken.

On the 26th at 11:23 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to suspicious activity at the Dassel Medical Clinic on 5th Street North, Dassel. The deputy spoke to the individual and everything was okay.

On the 26th at 11:51 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from the area of US Highway 12 and 650th Avenue, Darwin Township. The deputy checked the area and everything appeared to be okay.

On the 26th at 11:59 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a property damage accident on South Avenue and 2nd Street, Grove City. No injuries were reported and a report was taken.

On the 26th at 2:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance for a person under the influence at the Nelson Farms on County State Aid Highway 1, Litchfield Township. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 26th at 2:27 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of harassment at a residence on South 3rd Street, Grove City.

On the 26th at 2:28 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity on MN Highway 15 and US Highway 12, Dassel. The information was passed on to the MN State Patrol.

On the 26th at 2:38 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at the Dassel Lakeside Apartments on William Avenue East, Dassel. One individual was transported to Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 26th at 4:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Hubbard Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 26th at 5:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from Lake Collinwood Campground in Wright County. The caller was transferred to Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 26th at 5:10 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a property damage accident on 335th Street and 730th Avenue, Kingston Township. No injuries were reported and a report was taken.

On the 26th at 6:29 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Eden Valley Fire Department, Watkins Fire Department and the Watkins Rescue Squad, per the request of the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, for a report of a fire at a residence on Drumflower Road, Eden Lake Township. The fire departments were able to put the fire out on the gazebo without the fire reaching the residence.

On the 26th at 7:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Fire Department, per the request of the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, for a report of a grill on fire in a garage at a residence on 743rd Avenue, Luxemburg Township. The homeowner was able to extinguish the fire themselves and the Watkins Fire Department was canceled prior to arrival.

On the 26th at 7:23 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Rescue Squad and Watkins Ambulance for a medical at a residence on Central Avenue South, City of Watkins. One individual was transported to St Cloud Hospital.

On the 26th at 7:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of unsafe conditions near a residence on 730th Avenue, Collinwood Township. The deputy located the large television and moved it off the roadway so it was no longer a hazard and the Meeker County Highway Department was contacted to remove it from the ditch.

On the 26th at 8:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a car/deer accident near the intersection of 110th Street and 590th Avenue, Cedar Mills Township. The deputy made contact with the driver and vehicle and observed moderate front end damage to the vehicle.

On the 26th at 9:49 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence on North 4th Street, City of Darwin. The deputy made contact with both owners of the dogs and mediated the situation and there were no further issues.

On the 25th at 1:34 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance for a medical at a residence on Central Avenue South, City of Watkins. One individual was transported to St Cloud Hospital.

On the 25th at 6:21 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity in the area of County State Aid Highway 1 and 245th Street, Litchfield Township. The deputy located the individual and was given a ride into Litchfield.

On the 25th at 7:16 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Grove City Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on County State Aid Highway 23, Acton Township. No transport was needed.

On the 25th at 8:50 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office checked on a stalled vehicle on US Highway 12 and MN Highway 15, Dassel. The vehicle was off the roadway and not a hazard.

On the 25th at 8:53 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of debris in the roadway on US Highway 12 near County State Aid Highway 31, Harvey Township. Litchfield Police Department assisted and removed the debris from the roadway.

On the 25th at 10:29 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a cow on the road near a residence on County State Aid Highway 21, Kingston Township. The deputy located the cow and the owner; the cow was returned to the pasture and a warning was issued.

On the 25th at 10:59 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a parking complaint at a residence on 6th Street South, Dassel. A citation was issued.

On the 25th at 11:23 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of criminal damage to property at a residence on 330th Street, Kingston Township.

On the 25th at 1:08 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a scam attempt at a residence on County State Aid Highway 1, Litchfield Township. No loss reported.

On the 25th at 2:09 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call in the area of 8th Street and Atlantic Avenue, Atwater. The call was transferred to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 25th at 2:44 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Litchfield Fire Department, Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on East US Highway 12 and South Johnson Drive, Litchfield. No transport was needed, as the patient refused. The MN State Patrol will be writing the report.

On the 25th at 5:04 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a civil issue at a residence on 3rd Street South, Grove City.

On the 25th at 5:11 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of harassment at a residence on 1st Street, Watkins.

On the 25th at 5:40 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a driving complaint going east on Highway 12 from Darwin. The deputy located the vehicle and spoke to the driver and everything was okay.

On the 25th at 6:33 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance and the Watkins Fire Department to a personal injury accident on 133rd Avenue, Luxemburg Township, Stearns County. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

On the 25th at 7:33 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of cows loose near MN Highway 24, Kingston Township. The cows were no longer near the roadway upon the deputy’s arrival.

On the 25th at 9:52 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a verbal domestic situation at a residence on MN Highway 22, Litchfield Township. The couple was separated for the evening and a report will be filed.

On the 25th at 10:23 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from a residence on 230th Street, Darwin Township. A deputy responded and found all to be okay.

On the 24th at 1:58 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an unwanted individual at a residence on 670th Avenue, Darwin Township. The individual was not at the residence upon the deputy’s arrival. An individual was advised of their options.

On the 24th at 6:32 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of unsafe conditions on County State Aid Highway 11 and County State Aid Highway 1, Litchfield. The deputy checked and the tractor was no longer in the area.

On the 24th at 7:24 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at the Dassel Water Treatment Plant on 2nd Street North, Dassel. A short time later the deputy was cancelled, it was a false alarm.

On the 24th at 7:33 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of juvenile trouble at a residence on 660th Avenue, Forest City Township. The deputy mediated the situation.

On the 24th at 8:52 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office checked on suspicious activity at a residence on East Curran Street, Darwin. The deputy spoke to an individual who had a valid burning permit.

On the 24th at 9:38 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County State Aid Highway 4, Dassel Township. The deputy located the vehicle and spoke to the owner and would have the vehicle removed. No injuries were reported.

On the 24th at 10:25 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a stolen ATV from a residence on 3rd Street South, Grove City.

On the 24th at 10:44 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Eden Valley Fire Department to a report of a combine fire in Stearns County on County Road 9 and 155th Street, Eden Valley.

On the 24th at 11:03 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted an individual with a property exchange in the parking lot at the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office on North Ramsey Avenue, Litchfield.

On the 24th at 11:16 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue to a medical at Econo Foods on East Frontage Road, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 24th at 4:01 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Fire Department to a report of a corn dryer on fire at a residence on County State Aid Highway 18, Collinwood Township. They were able to get the fire extinguished and there was no damage done to the dryer.

On the 24th at 4:39 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of an Order for Protection violation at a residence on South 3rd Street, Grove City.

On the 24th at 4:54 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence in Park Village, Litchfield. No transport was needed.

On the 24th at 5:04 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department on East US Highway 12, Litchfield.

On the 24th at 6:30 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at a residence on Lindstrom Avenue West, City of Grove City. The deputy checked the residence and nearby areas and found all to be okay.

On the 24th at 6:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a found wallet at the Kingston Minimart, MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. The deputy took the wallet into custody and brought it to the Law Enforcement Center until the owner could be contacted.

On the 24th at 7:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at a residence on 200th Street, Ellsworth Township. The deputy made contact and it was determined that it was an accidental Lifeline alert and there was no medical at this time.

On the 24th at 9:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a stalled vehicle near the intersection of US Highway 12 and MN Highway 15, City of Dassel. The deputy made contact with the owner who moved the vehicle off the roadway so it was no longer a hazard.

On the 24th at 9:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 703rd Avenue, Collinwood Township.

On the 24th at 9:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a car/deer accident near a residence on 340th Street, Forest City Township. The deputy observed minor damage to the vehicle and issued the driver two possession deer tags for the two dead deer.

On the 24th at 9:48 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of juvenile trouble at a residence on East Pacific Street, City of Darwin.

On the 24th at 11:16 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a westbound driving complaint in the area of US Highway 12 and 575th Avenue, Harvey Township. The deputy located the vehicle and advised the driver of the complaint.

On the 24th at 11:25 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a westbound driving complaint on MN Highway 7 and MN Highway 22, Cedar Mills Township. The deputy located the vehicle and advised the driver of the complaint and issued a warning.

On the 23rd at 7:06 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from an individual in Kandiyohi County. The call was transferred to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 23rd at 9:06 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of theft at a residence on 525th Avenue, Swede Grove Township.

On the 23rd at 10:06 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office on North Ramsey Avenue, Litchfield. Upon arrival of the deputy the individual was advised of their options.

On the 23rd at 10:32 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of threats at a residence on Marshall Avenue, Grove City.

On the 23rd at 11:38 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vulnerable adult at the Crows Nest on Kandi Meeker Road, Acton Township. The information was documented.

On the 23rd at 11:41 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vulnerable adult at a residence on MN Highway 24, Forest City Township. The information was documented.

On the 23rd at 12:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a civil issue at a residence on South Comet Street, Cosmos. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

On the 23rd at 2:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a parking violation at the Jay’z Bakery on Atlantic Avenue West, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle was moved.

On the 23rd at 2:31 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of civil activity on 3rd Street and Atlantic Avenue, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy the individual was advised of their options.

On the 23rd at 2:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office on North Ramsey Avenue, Litchfield.

On the 23rd at 4:12 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of civil activity at Jack’s Standard on Service Road North, Watkins. Upon arrival of the deputy the situation was mediated.

On the 23rd at 4:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call at a residence on 722nd Avenue, Kingston. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 23rd at 4:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Central Avenue South, Watkins. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle was gone.

On the 23rd at 5:05 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and assisted the public at a residence on County State Aid Highway 14, Ellsworth Township.

On the 23rd at 5:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Watkins Ambulance and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 657th Avenue, Forest Prairie Township. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

On the 23rd at 5:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a residential burglar alarm at a residence on 335th Street, Swede Grove Township. The alarm was cancelled prior to the deputy’s arrival.

On the 23rd at 5:38 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office came upon a stalled vehicle on MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. The vehicle was not a hazard and was secure.

On the 23rd at 5:42 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from an individual in Stearns County. The call was transferred to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 23rd at 6:03 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public regarding an issue at a residence on County State Aid Highway 28, Greenleaf Township. An individual was advised of their options.

On the 23rd at 7:01 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a car/deer accident on 655th Avenue, Darwin Township. No injuries were reported and a deer possession tag was issued to an individual for the deer.

On the 23rd at 8:23 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence on 5th Street South, Dassel. The stray dog escaped upon the deputy’s arrival.

On the 23rd at 10:20 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from a residence on King Bee Drive, Stearns County. The information was referred to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.

Wednesday October 22, 2014

On the 22nd at 12:55 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue for a medical at an address on North Holcombe Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 22nd at 1:26 a.m. while on patrol a deputy was flagged down by a party on 530th Avenue near County State Aid Highway 23. Upon speaking with the individual it was determined everything was okay.

On the 22nd at 6:16 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call reporting suspicious activity on 642nd Avenue, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised them of their options.

On the 22nd at 9:06 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on North Miller Avenue, Litchfield. No transport was needed.

On the 22nd at 9:17 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a civil issue on North 1st Street, Darwin. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised them of their options.

On the 22nd at 9:41 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 567th Avenue, Manannah Township. The information was documented.

On the 22nd at 9:55 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office came upon a stalled vehicle on County State Aid Highway 24 and US Highway 12, Darwin Township. The vehicle had broken down and a tow truck was enroute.

On the 22nd at 11:40 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Meeker Memorial Hospital by transporting an individual to Maple Grove.

On the 22nd at 11:47 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report an animal complaint at a residence on County State Aid Highway 14, Ellsworth Township. A report will be filed.

On the 22nd at 11:51 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department at a residence on 260th Street, Darwin Township.

On the 22nd at 12:03 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of a burglary at a residence on School Avenue South, Watkins.

On the 22nd at 12:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office came upon an open door at a business on MN Highway 55, Watkins. The deputy checked the building and everything was okay.

On the 22nd at 1:28 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an accidental cellular 9-1-1 call at a residence on Trester Court, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 22nd at 1:30 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of child abuse at a residence on West Eugene Street, Darwin. The information was given to the Meeker County Social Services.

On the 22nd at 1:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from someone in Kandiyohi County. The call was transferred to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 22nd at 1:48 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious activity at a residence on MN Highway 7, Cedar Mills Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle was gone.

On the 22nd at 2:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a westbound driving complaint on 240th Street, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle was gone.

On the 22nd at 3:20 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity on County State Aid Highway 9, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the individual was gone.

On the 22nd at 3:38 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of suicide threats at a residence on 642nd Avenue, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 22nd at 3:38 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call on US Highway 12, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 22nd at 3:51 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an order for protection violation at a residence on 3rd Street South, Grove City. Upon deputy’s arrival the individuals were advised of their options.

On the 22nd at 3:56 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Renville County Sheriff’s Office at a residence on County State Aid Highway 7, Cosmos Township.

On the 22nd at 10:30 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a request to check the welfare of individuals at a residence on 647th Avenue, Forest Prairie Township. All was found to be okay upon the deputy’s arrival.

Tuesday October 21, 2014

On the 21st at 12:53 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office came upon a stalled vehicle on County State Aid Highway 11 and 560th Avenue, Acton Township. The vehicle was off the roadway and not a hazard.

On the 21st at 2:36 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office met with the Hutchinson Police Department at the intersection of MN Highway 22 and MN Highway 7, Cedar Mills Township. The deputy transported Holly Elizabeth Friel, age 35, of Litchfield, who was arrested on a warrant from Meeker County for failure to appear for arraignment.

On the 21st at 5:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue for a medical at an address on Cottonwood Avenue North, Litchfield.

On the 21st at 6:04 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at the Emmanuel Nursing Home on South Davis Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 21st at 8:11 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of unsafe conditions on 746th Avenue and 318th Street, Kingston Township. Upon arrival of the deputy a tree was removed from the road.

On the 21st at 8:13 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of child abuse at a residence on Maple Street South, Eden Valley. The information was given to the Eden Valley Police Department.

On the 21st at 8:15 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of child abuse at a residence on South Jupiter Street, Cosmos. The information was given to the Cosmos Police Department.

On the 21st at 8:59 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Litchfield Rescue Squad to a report of a medical at a residence on 175th Street, Greenleaf Township. The Meeker County Medical Examiner was also called to the scene and a report will be filed.

On the 21st at 11:42 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Meeker County Planning and Zoning at a residence on 3rd Street North, Grove City.

On the 21st at 12:38 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 call at a residence on Maple Lane, Grove City. Upon arrival of the deputy a citation was issued.

On the 21st at 12:49 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an off-road vehicle complaint on County State Aid Highway 4, Dassel Township. Upon arrival of the deputy a warning was issued.

On the 21st at 1:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office came upon a parking violation on Highview Drive, Dassel. A warning was issued for a limited parking violation.

On the 21st at 2:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a dog complaint on 5th Street, Grove City. Upon arrival of the deputy a message was left for the owner to keep the dog contained.

On the 21st at 3:31 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a scam attempt at a residence on West McKinney Street, Darwin. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

On the 21st at 3:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a property damage accident on MN Highway 22 and MN Highway 7, Cedar Mills Township. State Patrol also responded to the scene and will be filing a report.

On the 21st at 3:53 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a driving complaint on MN Highway 22, Litchfield Township. The information was documented.

On the 21st at 4:22 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft at a residence on 673rd Avenue, Ellsworth Township.

On the 21st at 5:23 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from Collinwood Park in Wright County. The call was transferred to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 21st at 5:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on 380th Street, Forest Prairie Township. Upon arrival the deputy advised of options.

On the 21st at 5:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a burglary at a residence on MN Highway 22, Harvey Township.

On the 21st at 7:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department by transporting an arrested individual to Eden Valley to turn the suspect over to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 21st at 7:12 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint northbound on MN Highway 4, Acton Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle had left the area.

On the 21st at 8:08 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of County State Aid Highway 6 and County State Aid Highway 15 Collinwood Township.

On the 21st at 9:18 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance and Eden Valley Rescue for a medical at an address on State Street South, Eden Valley. One individual was transported to the St Cloud Hospital.

On the 21st at 9:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue for a medical at an address on North Holcombe Avenue Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 20th at 2:18 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at Millner Heritage Winery, MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. The deputies checked the buildings and property and found all to be okay.

On the 20th at 4:37 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the Litchfield Police Department with a report of an unwanted individual at a residence on North Armstrong Avenue, City of Litchfield. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival.

On the 20th at 4:55 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office observed a suspicious vehicle at the ACGC Jr/Sr High School, MN Highway 4, City of Grove City. The deputy made contact with the driver and found all to be okay.

On the 20th at 5:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the MN State Patrol at a car/deer accident in the area of MN Highway 22 and County State Aid Highway 36, Manannah Township. There were no injuries reported.

On the 20th at 8:40 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the MN State Patrol with a property damage accident on US Highway 12, Grove City. There were no injuries reported.

On the 20th at 9:43 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took information on a possible Order for Protection Violation at the Meeker County Court House, North Sibley Avenue, Litchfield. The deputy found that no violation had taken place.

On the 20th at 10:21 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted an individual at a residence on 350th Street, North Kingston Township, with questions on a property exchange.

On the 20th at 10:51 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of damage to property at a residence on 3rd Street South, Dassel.

On the 20th at 11:04 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted with a property exchange at a residence on 380th Street, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 20th at 12:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible scam attempt at a residence on MN Highway 22, Manannah Township. There was no money lost.

On the 20th at 1:04 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint on North 1st Street, Darwin. The deputy was canceled a short time later as the owner of the dog was located.

On the 20th at 1:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible child abuse at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins.

On the 20th at 3:39 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an abandoned vehicle on County State Aid Highway 9, Darwin Township. The deputy found that the vehicle had broken down and was not a road hazard.

On the 20th at 4:13 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of horses on 545th Avenue, Acton Township. The deputy made contact with the owner of the horses. The horses were returned to their property.

On the 20th at 4:18 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a domestic at a residence on County State Aid Highway 14, Darwin Township. Two individuals were given a ride to Litchfield.

On the 20th at 4:51 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took information on deer that was stuck in a fence at a residence on 547th Avenue, Union Grove Township. The information was transferred to the DNR.

On the 20th at 5:01 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted another agency by checking the welfare at a residence on Todd Street, Dassel.

On the 20th at 5:17 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took information on a possible scam attempt at a residence on 237th Street, Dassel Township. There was no money lost.

On the 20th at 7:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office at an address on Stearns Avenue East, Eden Valley.

On the 20th at 7:10 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1hang-up call from a residence on 235th Street, Dassel Township. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 20th at 7:54 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint on the Meeker Stearns Street, Forest Prairie Township. Upon arrival the cows that were reported loose had left the area.

On the 20th at 8:50 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an ordinance violation at an address on Lindstrom Avenue West, Grove City.

On the 20th at 9:38 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a harassment complaint at an address on County State Aid Highway 27, Kingston Township. Upon arrival the deputy advised of options.
