Monday, Aug. 18, 2014

Aug. 18 at 12:27 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue Squad and Litchfield Fire Department for a report of a broken natural gas valve inside the VFW Bar/Club, East US Highway 12, City of Litchfield. The Litchfield Fire Department was able to eliminate the natural gas inside the building and turn the gas off until repairs can be made to the valve and service returned to the business.

Aug. 18 at 5:54 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of William Avenue and Maple Street, City of Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

Aug. 18 at 9:42 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from residence in McLeod County. The information was given to the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 18 at 10:03 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on County State Aid Highway 11 and 545th Avenue, Acton Township. The deputy after investigation arrested Josephine Egge age 19, of Atwater, for driving under the influence.

Aug. 18 at 10:30 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an animal complaint at a residence on Guy Street, Dassel. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

Aug. 18 at 10:39 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a civil matter at the Darwin Rod and Gun Club on US Highway 12, Darwin Township. The information was documented.

Aug. 18 at 11:06 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Nuthak, age 21, of Litchfield on a Meeker County Warrant.

Aug. 18 at 11:18 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on 4th Street North, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

Aug. 18 at 1:49 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a scam attempt at a residence on 1st Street North, Dassel. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

Aug. 18 at 6:38 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a noise complaint at a residence on Summit Cove, Dassel. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised him of the complaint.

Aug. 18 at 7:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint on 230th Street, Darwin Township. The deputy located the owner of the cows and they took care of the issue.

Aug. 18 at 9:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of possible child abuse at a residence on North 4th Street, Darwin.

Aug. 18 at 9:42 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang- up call from a residence on MN Highway 55, Watkins. The deputy found everything to be okay at the residence and a child had been playing with the phone.

Aug. 18 at 10:05 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Watkins Ambulance to a possible suicide attempt at a residence on 340th Street, Forest City Township. One individual was transported to the St Cloud Hospital.

Aug. 18 at 11:05 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department with a fight in the area of North Sibley Avenue and East 2nd Street, Litchfield.

Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014

Aug. 19 at 3:32 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Cosmos Fire Department to a fire alarm at the Cosmos Learning Center, North Saturn Street, Cosmos. Cosmos Fire Department found that it was a false alarm.

Aug. 19 at 4:08 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at Mies Outland, MN Highway 55, Watkins. The deputy found that it was a false alarm.

Aug. 19 at 4:10 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on North Holcombe Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

Aug. 19 at 9:44 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Cosmos Ambulance to a medical at a residence on North Milky Way Street, Cosmos. One individual was treated at the scene. No transport was needed.

Aug. 19 at 10:17 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office arrested Gray Lynn Fischer, age 53, Litchfield at the Meeker County Courthouse, Litchfield on an apprehension and detention order issued by Meeker County Probation.

Aug. 19 at 10:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of loose cows on County State Aid Highway 2, Forest Prairie Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the cows were gone.

Aug. 19 at 10:58 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at the Dassel Universal Lab Museum, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy it was determined to be a false alarm.

Aug. 19 at 12:07 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft at a residence on County State Aid Highway 21, Kingston Township.

Aug. 19 at 12:14 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint on 2nd Street South, Grove City. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle was gone.

Aug. 19 at 1:07 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a burglary at a residence on MN Highway 55, Forest Prairie Township.

Aug. 19 at 1:25 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from US Highway 12, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the area was checked and everything appeared fine.

Aug. 19 at 1:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded a request to check the welfare at a residence on 742nd Avenue, Kingston Township. Upon arrival of the deputies Thomas William Keane, age 46, South Haven was arrested on domestic assault charges.

Aug. 19 at 1:54 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a property damage accident at Crow’s Nest, Kandi-Meeker Road, Acton Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the parties exchanged information.

Aug. 19 at 2:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a scam attempt at a residence on 742nd Avenue, Dassel Township. A deputy advised the party of their options.

Aug. 19 at 2:37 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Dassel Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 735th Avenue, Kingston Township. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

Aug. 19 at 3:22 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a set of ramps found behind the Watkins Liquor Warehouse, Watkins. A deputy transported the ramps to the county impound lot.

Aug. 19 at 4:58 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a driving complaint near County State Aid Highway 7 and MN Highway 4, Cosmos Township. The caller was transferred to the MN State Patrol.

Aug. 19 at 5:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the MN State patrol on Parker Avenue West, Dassel.

Aug. 19 at 10:04 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office located suspicious activity at the Watkins Pool, School Avenue South, Watkins. The deputy found everything to be okay at the pool.

Aug. 19 at 11:09 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Eden Valley Rescue and Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on North State Street, Eden Valley. One individual was transported to the St Cloud Hospital.

Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014

Aug. 20 at 8:26 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at the Evangelical Covenant Church, Dassel. Prior to arrival the deputy was cancelled by the alarm company.

Aug. 20 at 8:42 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a possible theft at the Hilltop Care Center, Watkins.

Aug. 20 at 12:28 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Eden Valley Rescue Squad and Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Rolling Acre Drive, Stearns County. One individual was transported to the Paynesville Hospital.

Aug. 20 at 1:57 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a driving complaint eastbound on US Highway 12, Acton Township. A deputy stopped the vehicle and the driver was issued a warning.

Aug. 20 at 2:59 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Dassel Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 215th Street, Collinwood Township. The victim was transported via private vehicle.

Aug. 20 at 3:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a driving complaint on Parker Avenue West, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy the driver was issued a warning.

Aug. 20 at 5:25 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of theft from a residence on 298th Street, Swede Grove Township.

Aug. 20 at 8:55 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car/deer accident on MN Highway 15, McLeod County. The information was passed on to the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 21 at 12:35 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a disturbance at a residence on 742nd Avenue, Kingston Township.

Aug. 21 at 3:08 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public on MN Highway 7 and MN Highway 22, Cedar Mills Township.

Aug. 21 at 8:54 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 233rd Street, Darwin Township. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised them of their options.

Aug. 21 at 10:19 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from Kandiyohi County. The call was transferred to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 21 at 10:47 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a civil matter at a residence on Axel Avenue East, Grove City. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised them of their options.

Aug. 21 at 10:48 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an off road vehicle complaint at a residence on 240th Street, Dassel Township. Upon arrival of the deputy a warning was issued.

Aug. 21 at 11:39 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Cosmos Ambulance to a medical at a residence on North Neptune Street, Cosmos. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

Aug. 21 at 12:17 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department at a residence on West 6th Street, Litchfield.

Aug. 21 at 1:16 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of a hit and run at a residence on Axel Avenue East, Grove City.

Aug. 21 at 1:42 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a dog complaint at a residence on 670th Avenue, Ellsworth Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the owner was issued a warning for leash ordinance.

Aug. 21 at 2:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Adams County Sheriff’s Office at the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office on North Ramsey Avenue, Litchfield.

Aug. 21 at 3:52 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on 748th Avenue, Dassel Township.

Aug. 21 at 4:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on Meeker Avenue North, Watkins.

Aug. 21 at 9:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a car/deer accident on MN Highway 15 and County State Aid Highway 21, Kingston Township. No injuries were reported and the driver was issued a deer possession tag.

Aug. 22 at 12:08 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department on South Marshall Avenue and East Lockerbie Street, Litchfield.

Aug. 22 at 12:09 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical on South Marshall Avenue and East Lockerbie Street, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

Aug. 22 at 1:45 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of an Order for Protection violation that occurred at a residence on Parker Avenue East, Dassel.

Aug. 22 at 1:59 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of 2nd Street North, Grove City.

Aug. 22 at 2:32 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 2nd Street North, Grove City.

Aug. 22 at 5:33 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of an alarm at Duininck plant 5 on 195th Street, Ellsworth Township. A short time later the deputy was cancelled, false alarm.

Aug. 22 at 8:46 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible child maltreatment at a residence on US Highway 12, Acton Township. The information was referred to Meeker County Social Services.

Aug. 22 at 10:15 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public regarding an issue at a residence on County State Aid Highway 2, Forest Prairie Township. An individual was advised of their options.

Aug. 22 at 11:10 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at a residence on County State Aid Highway 18, Ellsworth Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival as it was a false alarm.

Aug. 22 at 11:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Dassel Fire Department to a carbon monoxide alarm at a residence on Maple Street, Dassel. The fire department found no signs of carbon monoxide and changed the battery in the alarm.

Aug. 22 at 12:55 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a medial at a residence on 3rd Street South, Watkins. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

Aug. 22 at 2:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted Meeker Memorial Hospital with a transport to the Central MN Receiving Referral Center, St. Cloud.

Aug. 22 at 3:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious items found near a residence on 586th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. The deputy took the items and disposed of them properly.

Aug. 22 at 4:21 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of unsafe conditions near farmland on 532nd Avenue, Union Grove Township. All was found to be okay.

Aug. 22 at 5:23 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a driving complaint on southbound MN Highway 15, Dassel Township. The caller was transferred to the MN State Patrol.

Aug. 22 at 6:52 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang-up call at DC Diesel LLC, 330th Street, Kingston Township. The deputy made contact with the business owner and found all to be okay.

Aug. 22 at 7:50 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a northbound driving complaint in the area of County State Aid Highway 14 and County State Aid Highway 18, Ellsworth Township. The deputies checked the area and found that the vehicle had left prior to arrival.

Aug. 22 at 8:48 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a watercraft complaint on Lake Washington southeast area, Collinwood Township. The deputy checked the area and spoke with some residents who were advised of the complaint.

Aug. 22 at 8:55 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of County State Aid Highway 30 and County State Aid Highway 36, Manannah Township. Contact was made with the caller and it was determined to be an accidental dial and all was okay.

Aug. 22 at 9:51 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office arrested Arthur Allen Meisenbach, age 48, in the area of 4th Street North and Atlantic Avenue West, for violation of a Harassment Restraining Order.

Aug. 22 at 9:53 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a westbound driving complaint in the area of US Highway 12, Darwin Township. The deputies, with the assistance of the Litchfield Police Department, located the vehicle and driver who was advised the complaint.

Aug. 22 at 11:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a noise complaint in the area of 675th Avenue, Forest City Township. The deputy made contact with several individuals who were advised of the complaint and to keep the music down.

Aug. 22 at 11:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of Sunrise Lane and Lindstrom Avenue, City of Grove City. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

Aug. 22 at 11:55 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a noise complaint near a residence on 624th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

Aug. 23 at 12:09 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a noise complaint near a residence on 590th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

Aug. 23 at 12:17 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a stray cow complaint in the area of 298th Street and 515th Avenue, Swede Grove Township. The deputy located the cows as well as the owner who was in the process of corralling the cows back into their pasture.

Aug. 23 at 12:22 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call at Casey’s General Store, West Astro Boulevard, City of Cosmos. Contact was made with the caller who advised it was an accidental dial and all was okay.

Aug. 23 at 12:59 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of unsafe conditions in the area of US Highway 12 and 237th Street, Dassel Township. The deputies checked the area extensively and found all to be okay.

Aug. 23 at 1:10 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a stray dog complaint near a residence on 668th Avenue, Darwin Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival as the stray dog ran away from the homeowner.

Aug. 23 at 6:03 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 586th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. One individual was treated on scene and no transport was needed.

Aug. 23 at 6:16 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Cokato Ambulance to a medical at a residence on William Avenue East, Dassel. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

Aug. 23 at 6:41 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car/deer accident on County State Aid Highway 17, Forest Prairie Township. No injuries were reported. A deputy responded to remove the deer from the roadway.

Aug. 23 at 9:08 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on CJ Moe Boulevard, Dassel. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

Aug. 23 at 11:12 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at Koronis Regional Park, County State Aid Highway 20, Union Grove Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival as an individual was able to secure the dog.

Aug. 23 at 11:33 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a civil issue at a residence on 365th Street, Union Grove Township. An individual was advised of their options.

Aug. 23 at 11:56 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity on 735th Avenue, Dassel Township. Upon arrival of the deputy two individuals were advised to leave.

Aug. 23 at 12:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a dog complaint at a residence on 668th Avenue, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy a black lab was transported to the pound.

Aug. 23 at 12:04 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from a location on Taurus Avenue in Cosmos. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

Aug. 23 at 12:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department at Walmart on East Frontage Road, Litchfield.

Aug. 23 at 12:48 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on South Swift Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

Aug. 23 at 1:03 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a residential 9-1-1 hang-up call at a residence on 657th Avenue, Forest Prairie Township. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

Aug. 23 at 1:10 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of a mentally ill person at the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

Aug. 23 at 1:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a civil issue on Rolling Oaks Lane, Darwin. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

Aug. 23 at 2:18 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of illegal dumping at the Lake Francis Public Access on 330th Street, Kingston Township.

Aug. 23 at 3:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a dog complaint at a residence on County State Aid Highway 21, Kingston Township. Upon arrival of the deputy two Rottweilers were transported to the pound.

Aug. 23 at 3:45 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an animal complaint on 230th Street and 640th Avenue, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the cow was gone.

Aug. 23 at 4:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a driving complaint on MN Highway 7, Cosmos Township. The call was transferred to the MN State Patrol.

Aug. 23 at 5:53 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint at a residence on 245th Street, Litchfield Township.

Aug. 23 at 6:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received information regarding an incoming medical to Meeker Memorial Hospital as well as providing directions to the individual on how to get to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

Aug. 23 at 7:22 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglar alarm at a residence on 200th Street, Collinwood Township. The deputy was cancelled a short time later.

Aug. 23 at 7:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglar alarm at a property on 240th Street, Litchfield Township. All was found to be okay upon arrival of the deputy.

Aug. 23 at 7:28 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to unlock a vehicle at a residence on 233rd Street, Dassel Township.

Aug. 23 at 7:51 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call at a residence on 713th Avenue, Dassel Township. The deputy made contact with the individual and found all to be okay.

Aug. 23 at 7:52 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the area of Luella Street and County State Aid Highway 2, City of Watkins. The deputy issued a citation and advised the driver to contact a ride but instead the driver attempted to drive again and leave the area. The deputy conducted a second traffic stop and arrested the driver Jose Heriberto Cordova Montero, age 24, of Cold Spring, on charges of driving after revocation.

Aug. 23 at 10:28 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyler Bryan Streich, age 21, of Hutchinson, on a Meeker County warrant for probation violation.

Aug. 23 at 11:11 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office observed suspicious activity at the Clear Lake County Park, County State Aid Highway 2, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy made contact with the individuals who were advised of park hours and asked to move on.

Aug. 23 at 11:16 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department with arresting an individual who was resisting arrest, in the area of North Ramsey Avenue, City of Litchfield.

Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014

Aug. 24 at 3:33 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department with a report of a noise complaint in the area of North Marshall Avenue and 3rd Street East, City of Litchfield.

Aug. 24 at 11:18 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical alarm at a residence on North Holcombe Avenue, Litchfield. No transport was needed as it was a lift assist only.

Aug. 24 at 2:19 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Sunrise Drive, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

Aug. 24 at 3:20 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call in regards to a motorcycle accident in Wright County. The caller was transferred to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 24 at 5:16 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical alarm at a residence on West 7th Street, Litchfield. No transport was needed as it was a lift assist only.

Aug. 24 at 8:08 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of mailbox damage at a residence on County State Aid Highway 14, Darwin Township. The deputy checked the area and found the vehicle had left prior to arrival and the homeowner reported it for information only.

Aug. 24 at 11:40 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office observed suspicious activity at Lake Manuella Beach, County State Aid Highway 9, Ellsworth Township. The deputy made contact with two individuals who were advised of park hours and requested they move on.

Monday, Aug. 25, 2014

Aug. 25 at 12:12 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical on North Ramsey Avenue, City of Litchfield. One individual was assisted at the scene.

Aug. 25 at 1:09 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on North Neptune Street, City of Cosmos. The deputies made contact and after investigation arrested Dwayne Marcus Anderson, age 26, of Rosemount, for domestic assault as well as a Blue Earth County gross misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear.

Aug. 25 at 4:56 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of 245th Street, Litchfield Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

Aug. 25 at 4:57 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Rescue Squad and Hutchinson Allina Ambulance for a medical at a residence on 183rd Street, Collinwood Township. One individual was transported to Hutchinson Hospital.
