On the 13th at 1:57 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on East 5th Street, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 13th at 2:51 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at a residence on North Street, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was found to be okay.

On the 13th at 3:47 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical Dassel Lakeside Apartments, Dassel. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 13th at 4:30 a.m. a Meeker County deputy checked on a stalled semi on MN Highway 15, Dassel Township. The driver had help on the way.

On the 12th at 12:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office observed an occupied stalled vehicle at the Dassel Laundromat, 2nd Street South, City of Dassel. The deputy made contact with the occupants who were okay but had run out of gas and had help already on the way.

On the 12th at 2:00 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at a residence on 710th Avenue, Dassel Township. One individual was transported to St Cloud Hospital.

On the 12th at 7:38 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a residence on 210th Street, Collinwood Township. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 12th at 8:54 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to, dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Dassel Rescue for a medical at an address on 318th Street, Kingston Township. One individual was treated at the scene and no transport was needed.

On the 12th at 10:27 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at an address on 195th Street, Ellsworth Township. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 12th at 11:58 a.m. while on patrol a deputy came across a car/deer accident near 69002 US Highway 12, Dassel Township. There were no injuries, the driver had help on the way and the deer was not a road hazard.

On the 12th at 12:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft from a residence at an address on Western Avenue South, Watkins.

On the 12th at 12:55 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and contacted Hutchinson Police Department to dispatch Hutchinson Fire Department for a reported building on fire at the Cedar Mills Rod and Gun Club, Cedar Mills Township. A short time later, per Hutchinson Fire Department’s request, Litchfield Fire Department was dispatched for mutual aid with a tanker for water. Upon arrival it was determined not to be a building fire and Litchfield Fire Department was cancelled. Hutchinson Fire Department extinguished the grass/ brush fire and there was no property damage.

On the 12th at 3:23 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a medical on 83rd Avenue, Stearns County. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

On the 12th at 6:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 355th Street, Forest Prairie Township. One individual was checked at the scene and no transport was needed.

On the 12th at 6:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to report of a suspicious male near a residence on US Highway 12, Dassel Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the male was given a courtesy ride to Cokato.

On the 12th at 6:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins. Upon arrival of the deputy the dog was gone.

On the 12th at 7:19 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity on 240th Street, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was found to be fine.

On the 12th at 9:42 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang up call from a deactivated cell phone in the area 619th Avenue and 190th Street, Greenleaf Township. A deputy checked the area and found everything to be fine.

On the 12th at 10:40 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and paged the Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a disturbance at Kickers Bar and Grill, Litchfield Township. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 11th at 7:16 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Dassel Rescue and contacted Allina Ambulance for a medical at an address on County State Aid Highway 18, Collinwood Township. One individual was transported to Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 11th at 7:20 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 hang up call from a pay phone at an address on West Astro Boulevard, Cosmos. It was determined there was no emergency and there is an issue with the phone line at that location.

On the 11th at 7:47 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and assisted the public at an address in the Watkins Trailer Park.

On the 11th at 9:26 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a four wheeler complaint at an address on Church Street South, Eden Valley. The deputy located and warned the owner.

On the 11th at 11:46 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity along the railroad tracks west of the County State Aid Highway 1 crossing, Litchfield Township. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 11th at 12:39 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call from an area near 53251 280th Street, Acton Township. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 11th at 2:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Dassel Fire Department, per the request of the Wright County Sheriff’s Office, for mutual aid to a house fire on Oliver Avenue SW, Cokato.

On the 11th at 2:13 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at an address on MN Highway 22, Litchfield Township. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the owner and everything was okay.

On the 11th at 2:31 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to, dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue for a medical at an address on County State Aid Highway 28, Greenleaf Township. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 11th at 3:30 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the Litchfield Police Department with a report of a fight at an address on West 11th Street, Litchfield.

On the 11th at 6:16 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a stray horse complaint at a residence on County State Aid Highway 25, Swede Grove Township. Upon arrival of the deputy, the owner was out corralling the horse back into the pen.

On the 11th at 7:54 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a possible missing child at Lake Erie Landing, 670th Avenue, Ellsworth Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival because the child had been found by the family.

On the 11th at 8:37 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call on US Highway 12, Litchfield Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

On the 11th at 8:42 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the Litchfield Police Department with a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on South Sibley Avenue, City of Litchfield.

On the 11th at 9:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Allina Hutchinson Ambulance for a report of a medical at the Cedar Mills Rod & Gun Club, 140th Street, Cedar Mills Township. One individual was transported to Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 11th at 10:08 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence on Todd Street, City of Dassel. The deputy checked on both dogs at the residence and found them to be okay and well cared for.

On the 11th at 10:11 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office transferred a cellular 9-1-1 call to the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office regarding a southbound driving complaint in the area of Tagus Avenue and 235th Street, Acoma Township.

On the 11th at 10:55 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted a motorist with a medical northbound on MN Highway 4, Danielson Township. The Meeker Memorial Hospital was contacted regarding the incoming medical by private vehicle.

On the 10th at 6:43 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of unsafe conditions along MN Highway 24 near Haug Implement, Litchfield. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 10th at 8:50 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of unsafe conditions involving a vehicle westbound on US Highway 12 near MN Highway 15, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle had left the area.

On the 10th at 9:18 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office, dispatched Watkins Ambulance, per the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, for a medical in the city of Kimball. One individual was transported to the St Cloud Hospital.

On the 10th at 9:58 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call that came from a residence on 4th Street South, Dassel. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 10th at 11:00 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call from an area near Horace Avenue West and 1st Street North, Dassel. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 10th at 12:01p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a possible sex crime at an address on Central Avenue South, Watkins.

On the 10th at 12:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call from a residence on 64th Street SW, Cokato. The information was relayed to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 10th at 1:22 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Fire Department for an unattended grass fire at an address on 280th Street, Dassel Township. Dassel Fire Department extinguished the fire and there was no property damage.

On the 10th at 2:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of smoke from a grass fire reducing visibility on the roadway on MN Highway 22 near 150th Street, Cedar Mills Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the fire was out and there was no longer a hazard.

On the 10th at 3:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Hopkins Police Department by relaying information to an individual at an address on County State Aid Highway 21, Forest City Township.

On the 10th at 4:36 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Fire Department for a grass fire at an address on 195th St, Collinwood Township. The fire was extinguished and there was no property damage.

On the 10th at 4:39 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance, per the request of the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, for a medical on County Road 147, Stearns County. One individual was transported to St Cloud Hospital.

On the 10th at 5:33 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a scam attempt at an address on 309th Street, Kingston Township. There was no money lost and the deputy advised of options.

On the 10th at 6:19 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report by the Dassel Fire Department of a possible unlawful burn at a residence on 2nd Street North, City of Dassel. The deputy made contact with the resident who was issued a warning for burning items that were against city ordinance as well as state statute. The Dassel Fire Department had extinguished the fire without complications prior to the deputy’s arrival.

On the 10th at 6:25 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted an individual with a civil issue at a residence on 312th Street, Kingston Township. The deputy advised them of options and there were no further issues.

On the 10th at 6:55 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence on Sunrise Lane, City of Grove City. The deputy made contact with the owner who was advised of the complaint and city ordinances regarding pets.

On the 10th at 7:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a possible theft of gas at Jack’s Standard, Veterans Drive, City of Watkins. The deputy made contact with the individual, who in turn contacted the business and there were no further issues.

On the 10th at 7:28 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a request to check the welfare of an individual at a residence on 183rd Street, Collinwood Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival as the family was able to make contact with the individual who was found to be okay.

On the 10th 7:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of mailbox damage at a residence on US Highway 12, Dassel Township. The deputy spoke with the homeowner who was advised options.

On the 10th at 7:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of suspicious activity near the intersection of 190th Street and 545th Avenue, Danielson Township.

On the 10th at 7:51 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on 3rd Street North, City of Grove City.

On the 10th at 8:09 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call near the intersection of Lake Street and 1st Street, City of Dassel. The deputy made contact with an individual at the Third Street Café, 3rd Street North, City of Dassel, and found all to be okay.

On the 10th at 8:54 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a possible large fire near the intersection of 205th Street and 650th Avenue, Ellsworth Township. The deputy, with the assistance of a MN Game Warden, checked the area and found there was a permitted controlled burn in the area and all was okay.

On the 10th at 9:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received information of a possible large fire on MN Highway 22, Greenleaf Township. A MN Game Warden assisted in checking the area and found a permitted controlled burn and all was okay.

On the 10th at 9:38 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office transferred a cellular 9-1-1 call regarding a possible juvenile party at a residence south of Atwater to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 10th at 9:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Eden Valley Rescue Squad, per the request of Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, for a medical at Cozy Corners Resort, MN Highway 22, Eden Lake Township.

On the 10th at 9:44 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of 245th Street and County State Aid Highway 1, Litchfield Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

On the 10th at 9:53 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle near a residence on 721st Avenue, Collinwood Township. The deputy made contact with the owner who was visiting another residence in the area and all was okay.

On the 10th at 10:14 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a large fire in the area of MN Highway 15 and 345th Street, North Kingston Township. Contact was made with an individual who had a permit for a controlled burn and all was okay.

On the 10th at 10:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received information regarding unsafe conditions east of the A Maze’n Farm Yard, MN Highway 55, Manannah Township. The Eden Valley Police Department assisted in checking the area and found all to be okay.

On the 10th at 11:29 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a driving complaint in the area of Atlantic Avenue West, City of Grove City. The deputy located the vehicle and found all to be okay.

On the 10th at 11:36 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist a resident with a complaint of excessive smoke in the area of County State Aid Highway 27, Kingston Township. The deputy checked the area residences and properties and did not locate any nearby fires.

On the 9th at 12:18 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call from the area southeast of 280th Street, Grove City. The deputy found everything to be okay in the area.

On the 9th at 1:12 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at Gold Country Seeds, MN Highway 15, Collinwood Township. The deputies checked the building and found everything to be okay. The building was secured.

On the 9th at 2:12 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department with a K-9 search of a vehicle on North Ramsey Avenue, Litchfield.

On the 9th at 3:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Grove City Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on West Asta Avenue, Grove City. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 9th at 6:48 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at Towmaster Trailers, on US Highway 12, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 9th at 7:30 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang up call at a residence on 375th Street, Union Grove Township. The deputy spoke to the individuals and all was okay.

On the 9th at 10:55 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang up call at a residence on 746th Avenue, Kingston Township. The deputy spoke to the individuals and all was okay.

On the 9th at 12:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an assist the public at a residence on Axel Avenue East, Grove City. A report was taken.

On the 9th at 12:59 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical on West Ripley Street, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 9th at 2:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft from a residence on 210th Street, Danielson Township.

On the 9th at 2:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call from Kickers on US Highway 12, Litchfield Township. The deputy spoke with the individual and all was okay.

On the 9th at 3:05 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of unsafe conditions at the intersection on MN Highway 15 and County State Aid Highway 18, Collinwood Township. The information was given to the MN State Patrol.

On the 9th at 3:18 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft at a residence on US Highway 12 West, Darwin.

On the 9th at 4:03 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office came upon a suspicious individual at a residence on 743rd Avenue, Dassel Township. The deputy spoke with the individual and all was okay.

On the 9th at 4:03 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to unsafe conditions in the area of MN Highway 4 and 235th Street, Acton Township. The deputy spoke to the individuals and all was okay.

On the 9th at 4:16 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an assist the public at a residence on Church Street, Watkins. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 9th at 4:44 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a civil issue at a residence on County State Aid Highway 4, Dassel Township. The deputy spoke to the individual’s and advised options.

On the 9th at 6:25 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call from the area of Kandi-Meeker Road, Atwater, Kandiyohi County. The information was passed on to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 9th at 6:36 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious activity at a residence on County State Aid Highway 14, Darwin Township. The deputy found that it was a misunderstanding and everything was okay at the residence.

On the 9th at 7:11 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint on MN Highway 15, Collinwood Township. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

On the 9th at 8:39 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious people at a residence on MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. The deputy found everything to be okay at the residence.

On the 9th at 9:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of an unwanted individual at a residence on 312th Street, Kingston Township.

On the 8th at 1:35 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to check the welfare of an individual at an address on East Libra Avenue, Cosmos. Upon arrival the deputies found everything to be okay.

On the 8th at 6:01 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue Squad to a Medical at Gloria Dei on North Holcombe Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 8th at 7:19 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to criminal damage to property at Jesse Trebil Foundation Systems on US Highway 12, Litchfield Township. A report was taken.

On the 8th at 10:05 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of criminal damage to property at a residence on 208th Street, Ellsworth Township.

On the 8th at 10:40 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an assist the public concerning an abandoned vehicle left at Jack’s Standard on Veteran’s Drive, Watkins. The deputy spoke to an employee and advised them of options.

On the 8th at 10:56 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a civil complaint at a residence on 365th Street, Union Grove Township. The deputy spoke to the parties and advised them of options.

On the 8th at 11:14 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint near the intersection of US Highway 12 and 650th Avenue, Darwin Township. The deputy checked and the calf was no longer in the area.

On the 8th at 12:44 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Grove City Rescue Squad to a medical on Maple Lane, Grove City. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 8th at 12:57 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a vulnerable adult in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins.

On the 8th at 1:10 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity a residence on 318th Street, Kingston Township. A report was taken.

On the 8th at 2:07 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call in the area of Reardon Avenue Southwest and 50th Street Southwest, Wright County. The information was given to Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 8th at 2:10 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint at a residence on 350th Street, North Kingston Township. Upon arrival of the deputy all appeared to be okay.

On the 8th at 3:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint at a residence on 260th Street, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy, the horse was back in the fenced area.

On the 8th at 4:33 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a civil issue at a residence on 365th Street, Union Grove Township. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised them of their options.

On the 8th at 7:44 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Cosmos Ambulance and Cosmos Rescue to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on MN Highway 4, Hector, Renville County. Cosmos Ambulance transported one individual to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 8th at 7:51 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call reporting a motor vehicle accident on MN Highway 4, Hector, Renville County. The caller was transferred to the Renville County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 8th at 8:50 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of mud on the roadway near a residence on 677th Avenue, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy checked the area. Meeker County Highway Department was also notified.

On the 8th at 8:56 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a calf on 260th Street, Darwin Township. The animal was gone upon the deputy’s arrival.

On the 7th at 5:25 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Cosmos Police Department with a report of suspicious activity at an address on East Libra Avenue, Cosmos. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 7th at 7:55 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious individual in the area of US Highway 12 and 515th Avenue, Acton Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the individual was no longer in the area. The information was also passed along to Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 7th at 11:01 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious person at Jack’s Standard, on Veterans Drive, Watkins. The deputy spoke to the individual and advised them to stop bothering customers.

On the 7th at 11:26 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of unsafe conditions near the intersection of US Highway 12 and 650th Avenue, Darwin Township. The call was transferred to MN State Patrol.

On the 7th at 12:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the ACGC High School with a K-9 search of lockers on MN Highway 4, Grove City.

On the 7th at 12:49 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Eden Valley Rescue to medical at a residence on MN Highway 22, Stearns County. No transport was necessary.

On the 7th at 1:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of child abuse at a residence on North 2nd Street, Darwin. The information was transferred to Meeker County Social Services.

On the 7th at 2:14 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at a residence on 708th Avenue, Dassel Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival.

On the 7th at 2:18 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint near the intersection of William Avenue and 4th Street, Dassel. The deputy issued a warning to the dog owner.

On the 7th 2:29 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a found item at the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office on Ramsey Avenue, Litchfield. The item was placed into evidence for safe keeping.

On the 7th at 3:57 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a scam attempt at a residence on County State Aid Highway 1, Greenleaf Township. There was no money lost and an individual was advised of their options.

On the 7th at 4:09 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Watkins Fire Department for mutual aid to the Kimball Fire Department to a residence on Balkan Road, Maine Prairie Township, Stearns County.

On the 7th at 5:31 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a driving complaint near the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and 5th Street, Grove City. The information was forwarded to the MN State Patrol.

On the 7th at 5:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call from an area near MN Highway 22 and 240th Street, Litchfield Township. The deputy checked the area and found everything to be okay.

On the 7th at 5:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint northbound on County State Aid Highway 14 near 180th Street, Darwin Township. The deputy located the vehicle and advised the driver of the complaint.

On the 7th at 5:50 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Cosmos Ambulance for a medical in a vehicle along MN Highway 7 near 560th Avenue, Cosmos Township. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 7th 8:17 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue for a medical at a residence on West 7th Street, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 7th at 8:22 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call reporting a field on fire near the Kimball Golf Course. The caller was transferred to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 7th at 8:31 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a field on fire near the intersection of 350th Street and 732nd Avenue, North Kingston Township. Stearns County Sheriff’s Office was contacted to dispatch the Kimball Fire Department. Upon arrival the deputy determined the party doing the burning had a permit to burn and everything was under control.

On the 7th at 8:53 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the public at an address on Kandi-Meeker Road, Acton Township. Upon arrival of deputies, Joey Allen Hamblin, age 30, of Sauk Rapids, was arrested on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

On the 7th at 9:11 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call reporting cattle on County Road 3 near French Lake. Prior to transferring to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office the call was dropped due to a poor connection. Wright County was contacted; they had also received a call reporting the same and had a deputy enroute to check on the cattle.

On the 7th at 10:27 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang up call from an area near the intersection of US Highway 12 and 670th Avenue, Darwin Township. The deputy checked the area and found everything to be okay.

On the 6th at 3:56 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Grove City Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at a residence on Sunrise Lane, City of Grove City. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 6th at 6:13 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Watkins Ambulance to the Hilltop Care Center for a medical. One individual was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 6th at 8:48 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious person on South Milky Way Street, Cosmos. The deputy checked the area and was unable to locate the party.

On the 6th at 8:48 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a theft from a residence on Meeker Stearns Street, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 6th at 10:30 a.m. the Sheriff’s office responded to a report of a theft from Litchfield Recycling, MN Highway 24, Litchfield Township.

On the 6th at 11:41 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the public at an address on 602nd Avenue, Manannah Township. The party was advised of their options.

On the 6th at 12:52 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious person at the Clear Lake Park on County State Aid Highway 2, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy located the party and found that everything was okay.

On the 6th at 1:35 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Cosmos Fire Department to a grass fire on 540th Avenue, Danielson Township. Cosmos Fire Department was able to put the fire out.

On the 6th at 3:10 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Grove City Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at a residence on 2nd Street South, Grove City. One individual was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 6th at 3:29 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received 9-1-1hang-up call from a deactivated cell which plotted on US Highway 12, Litchfield Township. The deputy checked the area and was unable to locate any problems.

On the 6th at 4:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office was notified by the Cosmos Fire Department of another grass fire along MN Highway 4, Cosmos Township. Cosmos Fire Department was able to put the fire out.

On the 6th at 4:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received and responded to a 9-1-1 cellular call reporting a grass fire on 309th Street, Kingston Township. Dassel Fire Department was dispatched and was able to put the fire out.

On the 6th at 4:34 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 call from a deactivated cell phone which plotted near MN Highway 22, Litchfield Township. The deputy was unable to locate any problems in the area.

On the 6th at 4:39 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on 365th Street, Union Grove Township, by giving them a phone number for a locksmith.

On the 6th at 4:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 driving complaint on County State Aid Highway 2, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy located the vehicle and the driver was given a warning.

On the 6th at 5:33 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of suspicious activity at an address on 5th St North, Dassel.

On the 6th at 6:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at an address on 190th Street, Dassel Township. Upon arrival the deputy determined it was a false alarm.

On the 6th at 7:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at an address on County State Aid Highway 27, Kingston Township. The deputy located the owner and advised of the complaint.

On the 6th at 7:25 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a request to unlock a vehicle at an address on Cedar Avenue North, Watkins. Upon arrival the deputy successfully opened the vehicle.

On the 6th at 8:18 p.m. while on patrol a deputy came across a stalled vehicle on Parker Avenue West, Dassel. The deputy spoke to the owner who said he had help on the way and everything was okay.

On the 6th 9:09 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the public at an address on County State Aid Highway 6, Dassel Township.

On the 6th at 10:12 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 cellular hang up call that came from an area near 61608 US Highway 12, Litchfield Township. The deputy checked the area and found everything to be okay.

On the 6th at 10:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at Schmidty’s Gas Station in Grove City. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.
