On the 13th at 1:08 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a car/deer accident in the area of County State Aid Highway 28 and 205th Street, Greenleaf Township. The deputy made contact with the driver and vehicle and observed significant damage to the vehicle which was able to be driven from the scene and a deer possession tag was issued to the driver for the dead deer.

On the 12th at 12:48 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a suicide threat at a residence on 650th Avenue, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 12th at 3:50 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Eden Valley Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at a residence on Brooks Street South, City of Eden Valley. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 12th at 5:10 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call at a residence on 190th Street, Greenleaf Township. The deputy made contact with the homeowner and verified that it was an accidental dial.

On the 12th at 5:35 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office transferred a cellular 9-1-1 call to Renville County Sheriff’s Office from the area of 890th Avenue and 527th Street, Boon Lake Township.

On the 12th at 5:59 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at the Gloria Dei Manor on North Holcombe Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 12th at 6:26 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a property damage accident with a deer on MN Highway 55, Manannah Township. The call was transferred to the MN State Patrol.

On the 12th at 9:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of a civil issue at a residence on 380th Street, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 12th at 10:03 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an animal complaint at a residence on County State Aid Highway 6, Collinwood Township. One brown and black cat was transported to the Meeker County Pound.

On the 12th at 10:33 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted Meeker Memorial Hospital with a transport of one individual to New Ulm, MN.

On the 12th at 12:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a stalled vehicle on MN Highway 15, Dassel Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle was able to continue on its way.

On the 12th at 1:30 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a missing person on County State Aid Highway 20, Union Grove Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the individual was located and everything was okay.

On the 12th at 2:40 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an unwanted individual at a residence on 587th Avenue, Manannah Township. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

On the 12th at 5:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a southbound driving complaint on MN Highway 15, Collinwood Township. The deputy was out of position and the call was transferred to the Mcleod County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 12th at 5:42 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on 555th Avenue, Danielson Township.

On the 12th at 6:05 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance, per the request of the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, for a medical at a residence on County Road 44, South Haven Township. One individual was treated at the scene.

On the 12th at 6:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Eden Valley Fire Department and Eden Valley Rescue Squad, per the request of the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, for a report of a fire at a residence on County Road 43, Eden Lake Township. Also dispatched for mutual aid and assisting with the fire were the Watkins Fire Department, Watkins Rescue Squad, Chain of Lakes Fire Department and the Paynesville Fire Department.

On the 12th at 7:29 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a civil dispute at a residence on 380th Street, Forest Prairie Township. The deputies arrived and after investigation arrested Keith David Ashfeld, age 39, of Watkins, on charges of 2nd Degree Assault and Criminal Damage to Property.

On the 12th at 7:57 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office transferred a cellular 9-1-1 call regarding an eastbound driving complaint on Parker Avenue West, City of Dassel, to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 12th at 8:48 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a request to check the welfare of an individual at a residence on Marshall Avenue, City of Grove City. The deputy checked the residence and determined that the individual was not there.

On the 11th at 8:25 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on North Sibley Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 11th at 10:35 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a dog complaint at a residence on Parker Avenue West Dassel. One male Chihuahua was transported to the Meeker County Dog Pound.

On the 11th at 12:33 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Dassel Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on 238th Street, Dassel Township. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 11th at 12:34 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a deactivated cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call near 255th Street, Dassel Township. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 11th at 12:57 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department at a residence on East 3rd Street, Litchfield.

On the 11th at 1:08 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a commercial burglar alarm at the 10th Street Impound on North Armstrong Avenue, Litchfield. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 11th at 2:55 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Meeker Memorial Hospital with a transport of one individual to the Woodland Center in Willmar.

On the 11th at 3:14 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Litchfield Fire Department to a fire on County State Aid Highway 34, Harvey Township. There was no one around the fire and it is unknown how it was started. The fire was put out.

On the 11th at 3:54 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a westbound driving complaint on US Highway 12, Dassel Township. The deputy was out of position and the information was given to the MN State Patrol and Litchfield Police Department.

On the 11th at 4:10 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department at a residence on East 1st Street, Litchfield.

On the 11th at 4:18 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched the Litchfield Fire Department to a grass fire on MN Highway 24, Forest City Township. The fire was started by a side-by-side four wheeler that was driving through tall grass. The fire was put out. There were no injuries or monetary damage.

On the 11th at 5:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on 660th Avenue, Forest City Township. One individual was treated at the scene.

On the 11th at 5:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on 3rd Street South, Grove City.

On the 11th at 6:44 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence on South Comet Street, City of Cosmos. The deputy made contact with the dog owner and found all to be okay.

On the 11th at 7:57 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Grove City Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at a residence on 325th Street, Swede Grove Township. One individual was transported to St Cloud Hospital.

On the 11th at 8:48 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a westbound driving complaint in the area of US Highway 12 and County State Aid Highway 24, City of Darwin. The deputy located the vehicle.

On the 11th at 8:49 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of juvenile trouble at a residence on County State Aid Highway 3, Union Grove Township. The deputy made contact with the family and mediated the situation and there were no further issues.

On the 11th at 9:08 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at a residence on County State Aid Highway 17, North Kingston Township. The deputy checked the house and property and found all to be okay.

On the 11th at 9:11 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office forwarded information to the MN St Patrol regarding unsafe conditions on MN Highway 7, Cosmos Township.

On the 11th at 9:34 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office transferred a cellular 9-1-1 call to Renville County Sheriff’s Office from the area of County Road 5 and County Road 11, Osceola Township.

On the 11th at 9:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an off-road vehicle complaint near St Gertrude’s Catholic Church, 650th Avenue, City of Forest City. The deputy checked the area and found that the vehicle had left prior to arrival.

On the 11th at 10:35 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a stray cow complaint near a residence on County State Aid Highway 21, Kingston Township. The deputy checked the area and found no cows in the area or roadway.

On the 11th at 10:45 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at Casey’s General Store, Parker Avenue West, City of Dassel. The deputy made contact with an individual and found all to be okay.

On the 10th at 3:21 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department at a residence on 275th Street, Dassel Township.

On the 10th at 6:11 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on East 10th Street, Litchfield. No transport was needed.

On the 10th at 7:30 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on US Highway 12, Acton Township.

On the 10th at 7:38 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call near County State Aid Highway 11, Litchfield Township. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 10th at 8:03 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call from an individual in Kandiyohi County. The call was transferred to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 10th at 8:18 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on 380th Street, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 10th at 8:44 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to suspicious activity at the Casey’s General Store on Parker Avenue West, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy the individual was gone.

On the 10th at 8:55 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an animal complaint at a residence on 592nd Avenue, Manannah Township. Upon arrival of the deputy a deer was dispatched and a possession tag was issued.

On the 10th at 9:03 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of a theft at a residence on 310th Street, Harvey Township.

On the 10th at 9:08 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a dog complaint on Atlantic Avenue West, Grove City. Upon arrival of the deputy the dogs were gone.

On the 10th at 9:38 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of an eastbound driving complaint on US Highway 12, Dassel Township. The information was given to the MN State Patrol and the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 10th at 10:33 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of a civil issue at a residence on 275th Street, Dassel Township.

On the 10th at 11:30 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office came upon some unsafe conditions on 273rd Street and 743rd Avenue, Dassel Township. The Meeker County Highway Department was notified of the damaged road.

On the 10th at 11:55 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an animal complaint at a residence on 150th Street, Cedar Mills Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the horse was secured.

On the 10th at 12:00 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on South Sibley Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 10th at 12:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of criminal damage to property at a residence on 275th Street, Dassel Township. Upon arrival of the deputy Justin Floyd, age 27, of Litchfield, was arrested on a restraining order violation.

On the 10th at 12:30 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of harassment at a residence on 3rd Street North, Dassel. The deputy made contact with the homeowner who was advised options.

On the 10th at 12:44 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of juvenile trouble at the Eden Valley High School on Brooks Street North, Eden Valley.

On the 10th at 2:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office unlocked a vehicle at the Caseys’s General Store on Parker Avenue West, Dassel.

On the 10th at 3:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a southbound driving complaint on MN Highway 15, Collinwood Township. The call was transferred to the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 10th at 3:36 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a scam attempt at a residence on 340th Street, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

On the 10th at 3:42 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and took a report of threats at a residence on 746th Avenue, Collinwood Township.

On the 10th at 3:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a property damage accident on Maple Street and Parker Avenue West, Dassel. The information was given to the MN State Patrol. Dassel Fire Department assisted at the scene as well.

On the 10th at 3:47 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Watkins Ambulance and Eden Valley Rescue Squad to a medical at the Eden Valley Practice Football Field on Stearns Avenue East, Eden Valley. One individual was transported to the Paynesville Hospital.

On the 10th at 4:01 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at the Emmanuel Nursing Home on South Davis Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to the St Cloud Hospital.

On the 10th at 4:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call near US Highway 12, Litchfield Township. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 10th at 4:59 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office came upon illegal dumping on 200th Street, Collinwood Township. The Meeker County Highway Department was notified.

On the 10th at 7:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a civil dispute at a residence on 380th Street, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 10th at 7:17 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a northbound driving complaint in the area of MN Highway 15 and County State Aid Highway 18, Collinwood Township. The deputy located the vehicle and advised the driver of the complaint and issued a warning.

On the 10th at 8:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a car/deer accident in the area of County State Aid Highway 25 and 390th Street, Union Grove Township. The deputy made contact with the driver and observed minor damage to the vehicle and issued a deer possession tag to the driver.

On the 10th at 9:22 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office transferred a cellular 9-1-1 call to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office for a report of a possible property damage accident at the intersection of County Road 28 and County Road 2, Atwater.

On the 10th at 11:05 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of MN Highway 15, Dassel Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

On the 10th at 11:54 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity near a residence on Church Street, City of Watkins. The deputies checked the area and found all to be okay.

On the 9th at 1:41 a.m. a Meeker County deputy came across a suspicious vehicle at a residence on County State Aid Highway 18, Ellsworth Township. The deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 9th at 7:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft from a residence on County State Aid Highway 27, Kingston Township.

On the 9th at 9:23 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office contacted the Hutchinson Rescue and Allina Ambulance for a medical at an address on 130th Street, Cedar Mills Township. One Individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 9th at 9:23 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue for a medical at an address on South Armstrong Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was treated at the scene and no transport was needed.

On the 9th at 9:56 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Gold Cross Ambulance and Dassel Rescue for a medical at an address on William Street East, Darwin. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 9th at 10:17 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office contacted Wright County to dispatch Cokato Ambulance for a mutual aid medical at an address on William Avenue East, Dassel. One individual was transported to the St Cloud Hospital.

On the 9th at 10:22 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from an area near 61608 US Highway 12, Litchfield Township. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 9th at 10:31 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint on 250th Street near 620th Avenue, Litchfield Township. Upon arrival the deputy issued two deer possession tags.

On the 9th at 11:00 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from an address on 586th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. The deputy located the caller and everything was okay.

On the 9th at 11:11 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call at an address on Maple Lane, Grove City. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 9th at 11:22 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue for a medical at an address on West 8th Street, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 9th at 12:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the public at an address on 3rd Street South, Grove City.

On the 9th at 12:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a civil issue at a residence on Willis Street, Dassel. Upon arrival the deputy advised of options.

On the 9th at 3:35 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint along MN Highway 24, Forest City Township. Upon arrival the deputy found that the cows were back inside the fence.

On the 9th at 4:11 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an animal complaint at an address on 385th Street, Manannah Township. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was found to be fine.

On the 9th at 5:50 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a theft at an address on Service Road North, Watkins. Upon arrival of the deputy the driver was found and they returned and paid for the gas.

On the 9th at 6:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a request to check the welfare of an individual at a residence on 608th Avenue, Litchfield Township. Upon arrival of the deputy an individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 9th at 6:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard Lee Ahlbrecht, age 34, Grove City at Schmidty’s, Grove City on a Kandiyohi County warrant.

On the 9th at 6:18 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang-up call from a deactivated cell phone on 525th Avenue, Cosmos Township. A deputy checked the area and everything appeared to be fine.

On the 9th at 7:44 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a custody issue at a residence on Kandi Meeker Road, Danielson Township.

On the 9th at 8:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of juvenile trouble at a residence on 573rd Avenue, Greenleaf Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the situation was mediated for the evening.

On the 9th at 8:56 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call reporting an attempted assault at a location in Willmar. The caller was transferred to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

On the 9th at 9:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a driving complaint westbound on US Highway 12, Darwin Township. The information was passed on to the MN State Patrol and Litchfield Police Department.

On the 9th at 10:40 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Meeker Memorial Hospital by transporting a patient to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 9th at 11:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of harassment at a residence on 3rd Street South, Grove City. A deputy advised the party of their options.

On the 8th at 1:31 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical on South Miller Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 8th at 4:22 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical on North Swift Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 8th at 6:41 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an injured deer on County State Aid Highway 1 near 243rd Street, Litchfield Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the deer had left the area.

On the 8th at 7:26 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint on US Highway 12 near 598th Avenue, Litchfield Township. The deputy located the vehicle and advised the driver of the complaint.

On the 8th at 7:40 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious person at an address on MN Highway 4, Grove City. Upon arrival the deputy determined everything was okay.

On the 8th at 7:43 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office contacted the Litchfield Fire Department for a carbon monoxide alarm at an address on West 3rd Street Litchfield. Upon arrival the fire department determined it was a faulty detector.

On the 8th at 9:43 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a civil complaint at an address on 200th Street, Collinwood Township. Upon arrival the deputy advised of options.

On the 8th at 10:20 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Litchfield Rescue for a medical at an address on North Armstrong Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 8th at 10:37 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted Meeker County Court with a transport of an individual to the Community Addiction Recovery Center in Willmar.

On the 8th at 11:11 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible child abuse/ maltreatment at an address on 2nd Street South, Grove City.

On the 8th at 11:12 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious person along MN Highway 15 near County State Aid Highway 24, Dassel Township. The deputy transported one individual to the Wright County line.

On the 8th at 11:13 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible child abuse/maltreatment at an address on 3rd Street North, Grove City.

On the 8th at 11:16 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible child abuse/maltreatment at an address on North Jupiter Street, Cosmos.

On the 8th at 11:19 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible child abuse/maltreatment at an address on Central Avenue South, Watkins.

On the 8th at 11:22 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible child abuse/maltreatment at an address on North Jupiter Street, Cosmos.

On the 8th at 2:35 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint northbound on MN Highway 22 from MN Highway 7, Cedar Mills Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the vehicle had left the area.

On the 8th at 2:49 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious activity at an address on County State Aid Highway 18 Greenleaf Township. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay and extra patrol was set up for the area.

On the 8th at 5:04 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an ordinance violation at an address on 3rd Street North, Dassel. The deputy was unable to make contact with the homeowner and will follow up at a later time.

On the 8th at 5:56 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of male party walking along County State Aid Highway 14, Darwin. Upon arrival of the deputies Craig Thomas Dahl, age 53, Darwin was arrested on a Meeker County Warrant.

On the 8th at 7:23 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Elm Street, Kimball. There was no need for a transport.

On the 8th at 8:59 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a driving complaint on Parker Avenue West, Dassel. Upon arrival of the deputy the driver was given a warning for driving conduct.

On the 8th at 9:08 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a civil matter at a residence on Pleasant Street, Dassel. A deputy advised the party of their options.

On the 8th at 9:21 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office unlocked a vehicle at Schmidty’s, Dassel.

On the 8th at 9:58 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a violation of an order for protection at a residence on 3rd Street South, Grove City.

On the 8th at 10:35 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a civil matter at a residence on 3rd Street South, Grove City. A deputy advised the party of their options.

On the 8th at 11:23 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence in Dassel.

On the 7th at 12:08 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office checked on a stalled vehicle on County State Aid Highway 4 and County State Aid Highway 21, Dassel. The vehicle was off the roadway and not a hazard.

On the 7th at 12:33 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a car/deer accident on County State Aid Highway 4, Dassel Township. No injuries were reported.

On the 7th at 7:37 a.m. while on patrol a deputy came across a stalled vehicle on US Highway 12 near County State Aid Highway 31, Litchfield Township. The owner of the vehicle advised everything was okay and the vehicle would be removed shortly.

On the 7th at 10:11 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Woodland Centers in Litchfield with a transport of an individual to the Woodland Centers in Willmar.

On the 7th at 10:36 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a 9-1-1 call from a residence on East Highway 12, Darwin. Upon arrival the deputy found everything to be okay.

On the 7th at 11:02 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of threats at an address on North Jupiter Street, Cosmos. The deputy made contact and advised of options.

On the 7th at 11:24 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a driving complaint along County State Aid Highway 19 near County State Aid Highway 27, Kingston. The deputy made contact and advised there would be extra patrol in the area.

On the 7th at 11:24 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office, the Litchfield Police Department, and the MN State Patrol responded to a two-vehicle property damage accident at the intersection of MN Highway 24 and County State Aid Highway 34, Darwin Township. There were no injuries and the MN State Patrol wrote the accident report.

On the 7th at 11:29 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to, dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Dassel Rescue for a medical at an address on West Pacific Avenue, Dassel. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 7th at 12:26 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of harassment at an address on 6th Street South, Dassel.

On the 7th at 1:18 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from an area near 60046 245th Street, Darwin Township. The deputy checked the area and found everything to be okay.

On the 7th at 1:58 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of possible tampering with a vehicle at an address on 3rd Street North, Watkins.

On the 7th at 2:11 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office and a MN DNR Officer responded to an alarm at an address on 722nd Street, Kingston. Upon arrival and checking the building everything was found to be okay.

On the 7th at 3:24 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of threats at an address on US Highway 12, Acton Township. Upon arrival the deputy advised of options.

On the 7th at 3:31 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint on MN Highway 24 near 660th Avenue, Forest City Township. The deputy picked up an older male Basset Hound and put it in the pound.

On the 7th at 5:02 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft from an address on US Highway 12, Acton Township.

On the 7th at 5:41 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Grove City Fire Department for a fire alarm at an address on South Avenue West, Grove City. Upon arrival of the deputy it was determined to be a false alarm and the fire department was cancelled.

On the 7th at 7:13 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on 672nd Avenue, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 7th at 7:48 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on 380th Street, Forest Prairie Township.

On the 7th at 8:28 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted the public at a residence on North Jupiter Street, Cosmos.

On the 7th at 9:43 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of unsafe conditions on MN Highway 24 at 293rd Street, Forest City Township. The deputy removed the carcass from the roadway.

On the 7th at 11:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a hit and run at a residence on Central Avenue North, Watkins. A report was taken.

On the 6th at 12:34 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the Litchfield Police Department with a report of criminal damage to property at the Litchfield Laundromat, South Holcombe Avenue, City of Litchfield.

On the 6th at 1:18 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Paynesville Rescue Squad and Paynesville Ambulance for a report of a medical at a residence on County State Aid Highway 20, Union Grove Township. One individual was assisted at the scene.

On the 6th at 5:23 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical at the Lake Ripley Motel, South Sibley Avenue, City of Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 6th at 7:01 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at a residence on 240th Street, Dassel. All was found to be okay upon arrival.

On the 6th at 7:02 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a horse running loose near a residence on County State Aid Highway 9, Darwin Township. The owner arrived on scene and assisted in getting the horse back into the fence. The owner was given a warning.

On the 6th at 11:13 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity near a residence on 190th Street, Collinwood Township. The deputy found all to be okay upon arrival.

On the 6th at 12:19 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on North Sibley Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 6th at 12:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Litchfield Fire Department to a report of a severed gas line on South Miller Avenue, Litchfield. Centerpoint Energy was also called to the scene and repaired the line.

On the 6th at 1:51 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of trespassing at a residence on Axel Avenue East, Grove City. The individual just wanted the incident documented.

On the 6th at 2:32 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity near the intersection of MN Highway 24 and County State Aid Highway 27, Forest City Township. The information was referred to the MN DNR.

On the 6th at 2:54 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity at a residence on County State Aid Highway 33, Ellsworth Township. An individual was advised of their options.

On the 6th at 3:08 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched the Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical alarm at a residence on North Holcombe Avenue, Litchfield. No transport was needed as it was a lift assist only.

On the 6th at 4:34 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a scam attempt at a residence on County State Aid Highway 21, Kingston Township.

On the 6th at 5:06 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a civil issue at a residence on 150th Street, Cedar Mills Township.

On the 6th at 5:15 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office spoke to an individual about a civil issue at a residence on South Comet Street, Cosmos.

On the 6th at 5:37 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a driving complaint on 220th Street and 650th Avenue, Darwin Township. The deputy checked and the vehicle was no longer in the area.

On the 6th at 6:45 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins. The deputy spoke to the individual and everything was okay.

On the 6th at 8:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence in the Lincoln Apartments on West 4th Street, Litchfield. No transport was needed.
