Bettcher, Steven Bradley, age 48, of St. Michael, on 03/27/15 the charges of Misdemeanor Assault in the Fifth Degree and Disorderly Conduct were dismissed.

Delare, Matthew Patrick, age 42, of Cokato, sentenced on 03/30/15 for Probation Violations for Possession of Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle to 25 days jail. Sentenced by Judge McPherson.

Froslie, Bethany Kathleen, age 30, of Monticello, sentenced on 03/26/15 for Gross Misdemeanor Second Degree Refusal to Submit to Testing to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 350 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, serve 45 days on electronic home monitoring, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, have no same or similar violations.
