Laverne M. Dangers, age 75 of Aitkin, died Wednesday, March 4, 1998 at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby.
She was born July 17, 1922 in Howard Lake to Albert and Lena (Hirsch) Greenhagen. She married William Edward Dangers April 15, 1950 in Aitkin. She is a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Iron Hub and its ladies aide. She was past leader of the Rabbit Lake 4-H Club.
She is survived by husband, William "Bill" Sr.; three sons and daughter-in-law, William "Bill" Jr. and Vicky Dangers, Jerry Dangers and Don Dangers, all of Aitkin; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and David Danielson of Aitkin; one sister Bernice Dangers of Crosby; two grandchildren, Jill and Jennifer Dangers.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, one sister, Margaret Archibald and two infant brothers.
Funeral services were Saturday, March 7 at 1 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Iron Hub with the Rev. Robin Fish officiating. Burial was at the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Friends called Friday, March 6 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 4 - 7:30 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Friends also called one hour before services at the church.
