Bradley Louis Yager
Bradley Louis Yager, age 34 of Waverly, died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 1998 in a farm accident.
Bradley was born May 18, 1964 at Watertown, Minn., the son of Vernon and Mildred (Krause) Yager. A life-long member of St. James Lutheran Church, Howard Lake, he was baptized May 31, 1964 and confirmed in his faith on May 7, 1978 by the Rev. G. C. Michael.
Bradley was active in church, attending St. James Lutheran Grade School and serving as a youth group leader and usher. He enjoyed farming and made his living working on the family farm.
On Oct. 13, while working on the farm, Bradley was suddenly called to his eternal rest at the age of 34 years, four months and 25 days.
Bradley is survived by his parents, Vernon and Mildred Yager of Waverly; four brothers, Kenneth and wife LeeAnn Yager of Maple Lake, Kevin and wife Cheri Yager of New Ulm, Allan Yager of Bowlus, Brian and wife Darlene Yager of Mayer; one sister, Marlene and husband Greg Rudenick of Buffalo; eight nephews; six nieces; and a host of relatives and friends.
Arrangements were by the Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home of Howard Lake. Funeral services were on Saturday, Oct. 17 at St. James Lutheran Church with the Rev. Michael Nirva and Rev. Martin Schoenfeld officiating. The organist was Nancy Butterfass.
Interment was at the St. James Cemetery. Pallbearers were Tom Gallager, Cory Jones, Daryl Buttenhoff, Troy Kriesch, Tim Yager, and Dan Yager.
