Floyd C. Clark
Floyd C. Clark, age 66 of Winsted, died Friday, Jan. 22, 1999, at the Hutchinson Area Health Care Center.
Floyd was born Jan. 8, 1933, in Osakis, Minn. to Eugene G. and Marietta (Covey) Clark. He spent most of his life in the Osakis area.
For a time, Floyd was employed at the Eagle Bend school in the maintenance department. He was then self-employed in the painting and janitorial service industry.
Floyd made his home in the Winsted area for the past 10 years. He was a member of the Winsted post of the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; three daughters: Linda Luedke and Harold of Winsted; Laurie (Bob) Provolt of Eureka, Calif.; and Diane (Chris) Williams of Idaho; a brother, Eugene Clark of Osakis; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Cecil, Doug, and Robert; and a sister, Lillian.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Jan. 26, 1999, 10 a.m., at St. Mary's Nursing Home Chapel in Winsted with the Rev. Martin Rath officiating. There was a private interment.
Visitation was on Tuesday from 8:30 - 10 a.m. Arrangements were with the Winsted Funeral Home, Winsted, Minn.
