Kelly A. Mueller
Kelly A. Mueller, age 26 of Watertown, died Friday, March 31, 2000, at his home.
Kelly was born May 13, 1973, at Mankato, the son of Roger V. and Mildred R. (Jutz) Mueller. He was baptized June 1, 1973, at The Campus Lutheran Chapel, Mankato, by the Rev. Jonathan Glade; and confirmed May 1, 1988, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Watertown, by the Rev. Paul Bickel.
Kelly was a graduate of Mayer Lutheran High School. He was born with muscular dystrophy.
A faithful servant of God, Kelly was quiet, soft-spoken, and much loved by his family.
He is survived by his parents, Roger and Millie Mueller of Watertown; brothers, Josh and Jeremiah, and sister, Jenny, all of Watertown; grandparents, Harvey and Bernice Mueller, also of Watertown; uncle and aunts, Steve and Diane Baardson of Coon Rapids, and Marilyn and Arlon Schmid of New Ulm; and godparents, Dick Mueller and Janet Lyzhoft.
Kelly is further survived by cousins, Heather and Bill Johnson, Tina Traver, Dan and Pam Schmid, and Julie and Travis Titera, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Travis Mueller; and grandparents, Theodore and Margaret Jutz.
Funeral services were Tuesday, April 4, 11 a.m., at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Watertown, with the Revs. Paul Krentz and Jeff Harter officiating. Interment was at Watertown Cemetery.
Bill Johnson, Dan Schmid, Dick Mueller, Art Mueller, Tina Traver, and Heather Johnson served as casket bearers.
Arrangements were by the Johnson Funeral Home of Waconia.
