Mary Jane Schlauderaff,
Mary Jane Schlauderaff, age 69, of rural Hutchinson, died
Sunday, May 13, 2001, at her residence in Acoma Township.
She was born June 14, 1931 in rural Lester Prairie, the
daughter of Anton and Angela Radtke. Mary Jane went on to graduate from
Lester Prairie High School in 1949.
On April 18, 1953, Mary Jane Radtke and Wayne Schlauderaff
were joined in holy marriage at the rectory of the Holy Trinity Catholic
Church in Winsted. God blessed their marriage with eight children.
Mary Jane and Wayne have been caretakers of Piepenburg
Park, near Hutchinson, since 1994. She previously worked for 3M, Hutchinson,
for 15 years.
Mary Jane is survived by her husband, Wayne; children,
Douglas (Lorinda) Schlauderaff of Eden Prairie, Patty (Mike) Eischens and
Dale (Lois) Schlauderaff, all of Glencoe, Sally (Gary) Isker of Waseca,
Jan Schlauderaff of Hutchinson, Sue (Anthony) Worthy of Bloomington, Ann
Schlauderaff of Hastings, and Paula Schlauderaff of Andover; eleven grandchildren,
Danielle and Travis Schlauderaff, Jason (Kari) Eischens and Corey Eischens,
Cole and Mandy Schlauderaff, Andrew and Angela Isker, Jennifer Carlson,
Melissa Schlauderaff, and Jacqueline Worthy; and great-grandchild, Noah
Eischens.
She is further survived by three brothers, Quintin Radtke
of Winsted, Wilbert “Willie” Radtke of Lester Prairie, and Anthony
“Tony” (Jane) Radtke of Winsted; sister, Pauline (Paul) Cady of
Zimmerman; mother-in-law, Irene Schlauderaff of Riverton, Wyoming; sisters-in-law
and brothers-in-law, Fanchon Radtke of Lester Prairie, Odella Radtke-Vollrath
of Grand Rapids, Gene (Ardith) Schlauderaff of Mayer, and Marilyn (Russell)
Emch of Riverton, Wyoming; and many other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Anton and Angela Radtke;
by infant twin brothers; two brothers, Francis and Ray Radtke; a sister-in-law,
Betty Radtke; and father-in-law, Herbert Schlauderaff.
Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Jane Schlauderaff was
held Wednesday, May 16, 10:30 a.m, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Winsted.
The Rev. Paul L. Wolf was the Celebrant, and interment followed at Holy
Trinity Cemetery.
Friends called at the Chilson Funeral Home, Winsted, on
Tuesday, May 15, 4-8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
Lavon Kielkucki was the organist for the Mass.
Michael Radtke, Rawelin Radtke, Steven Wurscher, Jason
Eischens, Corey Eischens and Andrew Isker were the casket bearers.
The Chilson Funeral Home, Winsted, served the family.

Mary Jane Schlauderaff, age 69, of rural Hutchinson, died
