Benjamin Ryan Dammann
Funeral services for Benjamin Ryan Dammann, 1 month old son of Ryan and Joann Dammann of Glencoe, were Wednesday, July 10, at 11 a.m., from Christ Lutheran Church in Glencoe, with the Rev. Bradley Thom officiating.
Benjamin was admitted to Children's Hospital in Minneapolis and died there Saturday, July 6, 2002.
The organist was Chris Starr, and special music was provided by Randy and Kay Wilson, who sang "Jesus Loves Me" and "The Lord's Prayer." The congregational hymns were "Amazing Grace," "Children of the Heavenly Father" and "On Eagle's Wings."
Pallbearers were John Albrecht and Andrew Dammann. Interment was at the Glencoe Cemetery.
Benjamin Ryan Dammann was born June 4, 2002, in Glencoe to Ryan and Joann (Albrecht) Dammann. He was baptized June 30 at Christ Lutheran Church by the Rev. Kristi Rockswold.
Suvivors include his parents; maternal grandparents, Patricia Albrecht of Glencoe, Lyle Albrecht of Elkhorn, Wis.; paternal grandparents, Chester and Doris Dammann of Lester Prairie; maternal great-grandmother, Lydia Dammann of Glencoe; aunts and uncles, Randy and Beth Dammann of Hutchinson, Kerry Dammann of Hutchinson and John Albrecht of Glencoe; as well as other relatives and friends of the family.
The Johnson-McBride Funeral Chapel handled arrangements.
