Margaret Elizabeth Kieser
Margaret Elizabeth Kieser, age 64, of rural Winsted, died Thursday morning, Oct. 24, 2002, at her residence in Victor Township.
She was born Nov. 19, 1937, in Winsted Township, the daughter of Anton "Tony" and Margaret Haas Gueningsman.
Margaret graduated from Holy Trinity High School in Winsted and later graduated from St. Cloud Hospital's school of nursing. She formerly worked as a nurse in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Margaret and Alfred A. Kieser were joined in holy marriage June 24, 1974.
Margaret was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted, and enjoyed working on crafts.
Margaret was preceded in death by a son Robert A. Boenish, her parents, and sister Lucynthia Gueningsman.
She is survived by her husband Alfred A. Kieser; son Mark D. (Nina K.) Boenish of Winsted; sister Pamela (Stanley) Johnson of Blue Earth; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Friends called Saturday, Oct. 26 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Margaret Kieser was Sunday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted. Father Paul L. Wolf was the Celebrant, and interment followed at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Lavon Kielkucki was the organist for the Mass.
A prayer service took place Saturday evening.
Casket bearers were Kari Rohling, Steve Rohling, Roger Guennigsman, Jason Mashburn, Kevin Kloos, and Shelly Kloos.
The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted served the family.
