Clifford Paul Linse
Clifford Paul Linse, age 68, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., and formerly of Fairbault, died March 17, 2002, in the Flagstaff Medical Center.
A memorial service was conducted Monday, March 25, 10:30 a.m., in the First English Lutheran Church, Fairbault, with the Rev. Richard Jorgensen officiating. A lunch followed at the church.
Clifford P. Linse was born March 3, 1934, in Owatonna. He graduated in 1951 in Owatonna. He entered the US Army March 13, 1953, serving for one year and nine months. After his time in the Army, he went into farming.
He married Delores March 3, 1955. He was a building inspector for Rice County in Faribault until his retirement in 1994. They moved from Faribault to Lake Havasu in 1997.
He is survived by his wife, Delores Linse of Lake Havasu; sons, Paul (Debbie) Linse of Northfield, and Alan (Tracy) Linse of Fairbault; a daughter, Joan (Ray) Anderson of Warsaw, Poland; a brother, Donald Linse of Owatonna; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He is further survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Russell and Thaline Paschke of Winsted, Ray Sporre of Faribault; Bernie and Kathy Sporre of Lake Havasu City, Myrlene Hayes of Carpentersville, Ill.; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Clifford was preceded in death by his parents, Elsie (Pribie) and William Linse.
