Charlene M. Reilein
Charlene M. Reilein, age 58, of Winsted died Sunday, June 2, 2002, at Glencoe Regional Health Services.
She was born Dec. 21, 1943, in Springfield the daughter of Lellis J. and Eileen C. Platz Fiedler.
Charlene graduated from Sanborn High School in 1961 and later attended beauty school in Mankato.
Charlene M. Fiedler and Leonard G. Reilein were joined in holy marriage Nov. 11, 1967, in St. Thomas Catholic Church in Sanborn.
Charlene formerly worked as a receptionist at Supreme Feed in Howard Lake.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted, and also belonged to the American Legion Post #407 Auxiliary.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents Lellis and Eileen Fiedler, brother Kevin Fiedler, father-in-law and mother-in-law Art and Theresa Reilein, and by brothers-in-law Clarence, Lloyd, and Ray Reilein.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard G. Reilein of Winsted; sisters, Annette (Dan) Schilling of Long Prairie and Sharon (Scott) Schultz of Lamberton; a brother, Allan Fiedler of Big Timber, Mont.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in law, Art (Alice) Reilein of Litchfield, Lorraine (Ray) Gordon of Arizona and William (Bette) Reilein of Cedar Mills; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Charlene Reilein was Wednesday, June 5, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted. The Rev. Paul L. Wolf was the celebrant, and interment followed at St. Raphael Cemetery in Springfield.
Friends called Tuesday, June 4, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted. A prayer service was at 7:30 p.m.
Keith Reilein, Kurt Reilein, James Reilein, Chad Fiedler, Bryan Schultz, Matt Westerman, Michael Reilein, and Chad Maynard will serve as casket bearers.
The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted served the family.
