Carole Ann White, age 60, of Winsted, died Friday, Aug.
23, 2002, at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Paul.
She was born March 2, 1942, in Windom, the daughter of
Grant and Eleanor Cain Thompson.
On Nov. 23, 1963, Carole Thompson and Jerome F. White were
joined in holy marriage in St. Paul. God blessed their marriage with two
daughters. Jerome preceded his wife in death in 1991.
Carole enjoyed living at Linden Wood and enjoyed its garden.
She was also fond of cooking.
In addition to her husband, Carole was preceded in death
by her parents and by three brothers, Grant Thompson, Chuck Thompson, and
Francis Cain.
She is survived by her two daughters, Nicki (Mark) Hennessey
and their family: Melissa, Corey, and Eric Hennessey; Penny White and her
family: Brooke and Brittney White; sisters and a brother, Geraldine (Marvin)
Finstrom, Rodger Cain, and Ellie (Charles) Albers; nieces, nephews, other
relatives, and friends.
A memorial service for Carole White took place Wednesday,
Aug. 28, 4 p.m., at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted. The Rev. Martin
F. Rath, OSB, officiated.
Friends called at the funeral home Wednesday, Aug. 28,
from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
Marsha Christenson was the organist for the service.
The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted served the family.
