Shannon Carol Claude, 57
Shannon Carol Claude, of Chaska, died Tuesday, July 1, 2003 at St. Gertrude's Health Center in Shakopee at the age of 57.
She was born Nov. 18, 1945 in Wells, Minn. the daughter of Frank and Nola Lloyd Claude.
Shannon was a former Lab/X-ray Technician. She also was a former manager of Westtonka Estates in Mound, Maple Terrace in Maple Plain, and Pleasant Place in Rogers.
Shannon is preceded in death by daughter Kimberly Kay Wiederholt, grandson Lance Carlson, and by her father Frank Claude.
Shannon is survived by children Carol (Jim) Mickolichek of Winsted, Amy (Richard) Carlson of Howard Lake, Alan (Lyn) Wiederholt of Lester Prairie, and Ronald Wiederholt of Winsted.
She is further survived by granchildren Lee, Dana, and Brent Mickolichek, Alissa, Dustin, and Matthew Carlson, Amber and Alexis Wiederholt, Samantha Campbell, and a great grandchild Harlie Lynn Amland.
Shannon is also survived by her mother Nola Brayton of Chaska, sisters and a brother: Sharon (Maurice) Walker of Blue Earth, Candice (David) Knutzen of Bloomington, and Frank (Sherry) Claude of Hastings, aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral Services for Shannon Claude were Saturday, July 5 at 10 a.m. at Howard Lake Christian Church. Pastor Rick Messer officiated.
Interment was at Rice Lake Cemetery in Delavan, Minn.
"Amazing Grace" and "Victory in Jesus" were sung as congregational hymns. Pastor Messer also sang "How Great Thou Art" and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus."
Dennis Entinger was the pianist.
Casket bearers were Danny Claude, Ken Claude, Brent Mickolichek, Dustin Carlson, Larry Claude, and Lee Ford.
The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted served the family.
