Sandra Sue Kutz
Sandra Sue Kutz, age 47, of Winsted died at Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia Thursday evening, Sept. 11, 2003.
She was born Sept. 1, 1956 in Hartley, Iowa the daughter of Omer and Mildred Wilkie Woolery.
Sandy was baptized, confirmed and regularly attended Hope Lutheran Church in Everly, Iowa.
On June 26, 1976, Sandra S. Woolery and Terrence L. Kutz were joined in holy marriage at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waverly. God blessed their marriage with three children.
She was formerly employed at Poly Foam, Inc., in Lester Prairie and also at Burger King in Hutchinson.
Sandy was a faithful member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Winsted, and was also a former Girl Scout Leader of Troop 593.
Sandy is preceded in death by her parents Omer and Mildred Woolery, her grandparents, father-in-law and mother-in-law Elmer and Catherine Kutz, brother-in-law Larry Kutz, nephew Mark Kutz, and by cousin Nathan Kutz.
She is survived by her husband Terrence L. Kutz, children Brandon (Kimberly) Kutz, Jason Kutz, and Heather Kutz, all of Winsted; and granddaughter McKenna Kutz.
Sandy is further survived by brothers and sisters Ernie (Roberta) Woolery of Russellville, Ark.; Alice (Larry) Gaumer of Indianola, Iowa; Howard Woolery of Jackson, Minn.; Dennis (Sharon) Woolery of Charlotte, N.C.; Jean (Bill) Bidstrup of Jacksonville, Fla.; Don Woolery of Atkins, Ark.; Barb Krumm of Spencer, Iowa; Terry (Kim) Woolery of Sartell, Minn.; Dale (Becky) Woolery of Spencer, Iowa; Lanny Woolery of Gyman, Okla.; and Beth Woolery of Fairport Harbor, Ohio.
Sandy is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Bill (Kathy) Woollard of Rockford, Minn.; Bob (Irene) Kutz of Winsted; Sandy Fiecke and son Matt of Lester Prairie; David (Barb) Kutz of Loretto, Debbie (Joe) Herda of Millington, Tenn.; Luann (John) Millican of Hitchcock, Texas; Tim (Linda) Kutz of Las Vegas, Nev.; and Lonna (Sonny) Martinez of Yakima, Wash.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Sandra Kutz were Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 2 p.m. at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Winsted. The Rev. Gerald L. Boldt officiated, and interment followed at Winsted Public Cemetery.
Sharon Pingree was the organist for the funeral service. John Kutz was the soloist, singing "On Eagles' Wings."
Friends called Monday, Sept. 15 from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted.
Casketbearers were Brandon and Jason Kutz, Mike Kutz, Todd and Troy Baumann and Jon Zerwas.
The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted served the family.
