Harold Ronald Wegner, age 54 of Howard Lake, died Monday, July 12, 2004, at Buffalo Hospital.
Harold was born in Hutchinson Hospital March 19, 1950, to Weldon and Marcella (Quast) Wegner. He grew up in the Howard Lake area, and graduated from Howard Lake High School.
After graduation, he worked with his father, first doing electric wiring before managing Wegner Electric, and then going into motor repair.
Harold had many interests and did many jobs, including truck driving, snow removal, mechanics, and heavy equipment operation.
He was quick to help anyone. He was multi-talented and could do anything. He was willing to increase his knowledge and had learned about computers.
Harold enjoyed hunting, fishing, race car driving, and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
He is survived by his mother, Marcella; a sister, Carol; and the family dog, Buck.
Funeral services were Friday, July 16 at 10 a.m. at Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home of Howard Lake with Father Timothy Cloutier officiating. Interment was in St. James Cemetery on Dutch Lake.
Bearer was Mike Gille.
Arrangements were by Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home of Howard Lake.
