Beverly M. Huseby
Beverly M. Huseby, 79, Cokato, formerly of Plymouth, died Nov. 3, 2005, at Cokato Manor.
Services were conducted Monday, Nov. 7, at 2 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home chapel with Chaplain Bob Haskins officiating. Interment was at Dassel Cemetery.
Beverly Mae Johnson was born Aug. 9, 1926, to John and Primrose (Pierce) Johnson at Duluth. She grew up in the Duluth area and graduated from Duluth Central High School.
She married Richard Huseby in 1945 at Duluth. They moved to Houston, Texas, where they resided until moving back to the Twin Cities. In 1975, the couple moved to Dassel and resided by Spring Lake. Following Richard’s death in 1981, Beverly moved back to the Twin Cities. She moved to Cokato Manor in 2003.
She enjoyed bingo, reading, cooking and doing crafts in her later years. Her winter months were spent with a daughter in California. Her family remembers her for a caring spirit, and the many meals she provided for family and others.
Survivors are children, Cheri (Richard) Galvin of California, Mary A. (Michael) Bloom of Plymouth, Elisabeth Parham of Plymouth, and Paul (Lynda) of Dassel; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sisters, Pat and Peggy.
She was preceded in death by her husband; four children, Kristie, Jean, Richard Eric, and John; her parents; and a sister, Lois.
