Jacob Wayne Kadlec

Jacob Wayne Kadlec was born to loving parents Chris and Cheri Kadlec at 1:18 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2005 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

He arrived safely in God’s loving arms at 5 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2005 at Minneapolis Children’s Hospital.

Jacob’s brief life touched the hearts and lives of many. His fighting spirit and will to live were an inspiration to all. Jacob is now made perfect and is with his Heavenly Father. His parents will miss him deeply until they are reunited in Heaven.

Jacob is survived by his parents, Chris and Cheri (Limanen) Kadlec; his twin brother, Elijah James Kadlec; grandparents Rodney and Dorothy Limanen of Eveleth, Deborah Kadlec of Buffalo, and Bill Kadlec of Howard Lake; great-grandparents Melvin and Sophie Limanen of Cloquet, Shirley Savela of Parkville, and Frieda Gunderson of Annandale; and many devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.

Jacob was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Roland Savela, Walter Gunderson, and Albert and Helen Kadlec.

Funeral services were Saturday, May 14 at 2 p.m. at Crossroads Evangelical Covenant Church, Forest Lake, with burial at Victor Hill Cemetery in Linwood Township.
