Jeremy Daniel Fiecke, age 29, of rural Howard Lake, died accidentally Thursday morning, July 13, 2006 at his residence.
He was born July 7, 1977 in Waconia, to Daniel K. and Debra Ann Lee Fiecke.
Jeremy graduated from Apollo High School in St. Cloud in 1995. He later graduated from St. Cloud Technical College, pursuing a degree as an electrician. Jeremy was currently employed as a master electrician at J.T. Electric in Albany. He belonged to I.B.E.W. Local 292.
Jeremy was joined in marriage to Kristina Marie “Tina” Newgard Sept. 28, 2002 in Moorhead.
He enjoyed John Deere tractors, horseback riding, spending time with his family, dogs, and all kinds of animals.
Jeremy is survived by his loving wife, Kristina M. “Tina” Fiecke; his father, Daniel (Holly) Fiecke of Pierz; his mother, Deb (Loren) Pelzer of Albany; a sister, Jennifer Fiecke of Albany; grandparents Delores E. Fiecke, and Kenneth and Loretta Lee, all of Winsted; stepbrothers Brandon Pelzer, Bradley Pelzer, both of Albany; Kody Wolf, and Brady Wolf, both of Pierz; father-in-law and mother-in-law Thomas and Patricia Newgard of Moorhead; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Jerad Newgard of Moorhead, Carson Newgard of Fargo, N.D., and Karianne Newgard of Moorhead; grandparents-in-law Leslie and Mabel Burkhardt of Moorhead; aunts, uncles, and cousins, and dogs, Dixie and Daisy.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Louis A. Fiecke on March 2, 2003; and by his cousin, Thomas Fiecke.
A Mass of Christian Burial took place Sunday, July 16 at 3 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted. The Rev. Paul L. Wolf was the celebrant.
Friends called Saturday, July 15 from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted. A prayer service took place at 7 p.m.
Honorary casket bearers were Brandon Pelzer, Bradley Pelzer, Kody Wolf, Brady Wolf, Jerad Newgard, Carson Newgard Karianne Newgard, and Denny Kolbeck.
Casket bearers were Kyle and Todd Koch, Terry Oehrlein, Don Birr, and Lewis and Nic Fiecke.
The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted served the family.
