Vivian Maikkula Vivian Maikkula, age 78 of Cokato, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2006 at the Cokato Manor. Funeral services are today, Monday, Feb. 6 at 11 a.m. at North Crow River Lutheran Church, rural Cokato, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home in Cokato is handling the arrangements. A complete obituary will follow in next week’s Enterprise Dispatch.
