Sally Ann Brown Sally Ann Brown, age 64, of Independence, formerly of Eden Prairie, died Monday, July 16, 2007 at home. She is survived by her lifetime partner, Buck (Clifford) Hazledine; daughters, Dr. Jessica Brown (Phillipe Lusardi), and Stephanie (Daniel) Kurtz; grandchildren Brenden (Ana), Hannah, and Bailey; sisters, Bliss Bancroft, and Susan Karrasch; and brother Jonathan Wilkie. Sally Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Bliss. A memorial service took place Saturday, July 21 at the Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove. Arrangements were by the Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel.
