Leonedia Craft, 88, of Motley, formerly of Maple Plain, passed away Monday, March 5, 2007 at her residence in Motley.
She was born March 3, 1919 in Ward Township, Todd County to Steve and Helen (Feela) Dobos.
Leonedia was married to Kyle Craft April 18, 1944 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Browerville.
Leonedia and Kyle made their home in Maple Plain until 1996, when they moved to Lincoln, and later to Motley.
A member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Motley, Leonedia was very active in Christian Mothers and the Scande Valley Ladies Aid.
She enjoyed playing cards.
Leonedia is survived by her husband, Kyle, of Motley; children, Michael (Laurie) Craft of Coon Rapids, Rosanne Andreoff of Bloomington, Paulette Brinkman of Savage, Karlene (Jack) Gabrelcik of Delano, and Darrel (Rosalyn) Craft of Tualatin, Ore.; two brothers, Donald Dobos of Long Prairie, and Raymond Dobos of Washington; sister-in-law Helen Dobos of Nashwauk; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Steven; and siblings, Edward, Alice Jensen, and Irene Dahl.
Mass of Christian Burial took place Friday, March 9 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Motley with Fr. Donald Wagner officiating.
