Ronald H. Kwilinski
Ronald H. Kwilinski, age 69, of Howard Lake, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2007 at his home.
Ron was born Oct. 25, 1937 in Canby, Minn. to Leon and Evelyn Kwilinski.
He attended school in Lake Benton, Minn.
Ron met and fell in love with Faye Vaux, and they married June 1, 1963 in Brewster, Minn. Ron and Faye enjoyed 43 years of marriage.
Ron retired from Braun Intertec after 42 years. His employment took him to Honduras, South America and all over the Twin Cities as a soil engineer.
After settling in Minnetonka for 40 years, they moved to Howard Lake to enjoy life in the country.
Ron enjoyed gardening, wood carving, fishing, and camping. The outdoors was where he wanted to be.
Ron is survived by his wife, Faye; children, Joline (Dan) Castaneda, and Tjaart Kwilinski; a brother, Leonard (Vi Ann) Kwilinski; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Leon and Evelyn Kwilinski; uncle Carlson Kwilinski; and grandparents, Leo and Goldie Kwilinski.
Visitation was Sunday, Feb. 18 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home in Howard Lake, with prayer at 4 p.m.
