Timothy W. Pawelk, age 46, of Cologne, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
He was born Jan. 17, 1961 in Waconia, the son of Donald and Charlotte (Hilgers) Pawelk.
Timothy married Cindy M. Siegle Feb. 18, 1984 at Zoar United Church of Christ in Chaska with the Rev. Marion Zenke officiating.
Timothy took great pleasure fishing, hunting, and just mowing the lawn. He loved spending time with his family and was always willing to help others whenever they needed it.
He is survived by his loving family: wife Cindy; daughter Nicole Pawelk and fiancé Tony Schmieg of Shakopee; sons Joseph Pawelk of Cologne and Zachary Pawelk of Cologne; step-grandchildren Shane and Lucas Schmieg; sisters and brother-in-law Linda Moore of Colorado, Colleen and Gordon Loe of Lester Prairie, and Debbie Kruschke of Winsted; and brothers and sisters-in-law Jeff and Sandy Pawelk of Maple Lake, Mike and Carol Pawelk of Cologne, and David Pawelk of Winsted.
Timothy is further survived by father-in-law and mother-in-law, Phillip and Marlys Siegle of Cologne; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law Lynn Siegle and fiancé Chuck Kruggel of Stewart, and Brenda and Leo Rohlik of Cologne; nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Charlotte Pawelk; sisters Carol White and Mary Schmakel; and infant brothers Thomas and Patrick Pawelk.
Funeral service was Thursday, Nov. 1 at 11 a.m. at Zoar United Church of Christ in Chaska with the Rev. Richard Mark officiating. Interment was in Zoar United Church of Christ Cemetery.
Casket bearers were Kenny Pawelk, Tommy Pawelk, Jared Pawelk, Jamie Kruschke, Jason Pawelk, and Michael Loe.
Arrangements were by Johnson Funeral Home of Waconia.
