Wesley Emil Davidson, age 90, of Annandale, died Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2008, at the Sterling Park Health Care Center, Waite Park.
Funeral services will take place Tuesday, Aug. 26 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, French Lake, with the Rev. Edward Groop officiating. Music for the service will be provided by Margaret Groop. Burial will follow in Our Saviour’s Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church.
The pallbearers will be Donald, Duane, Roger, Richard, and Robert Davidson, and Robert Rigenhagen.
The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
Wesley was born July 28, 1918, at Cokato to Charles and Kate (Rodell) Davidson.
He married Beatrice Guintire Dec. 23, 1946, in Kimball, and she preceded him in death Feb. 15, 2003.
Wesley and Beatrice managed the Kimball Motel from 1986-1998. Wesley formerly was a farmer, and worked for Lyman Lumber Company of Annandale.
He was a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church.
Wesley is survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, Beatrice, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, Bill, and Forrest, and two sisters, Sadie Calgren and Mae Pelto.
