Marie Gayle Reimer, age 60, of Montrose, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at her home after a several-month battle with illness.
Funeral service is today, April 7 at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem United Church of Christ in Maple Lake, with interment in the church cemetery.
Visitation was Sunday, April 6 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Swanson Peterson Funeral Home in Howard Lake, with a prayer service at 4:30 p.m., and will continue today for one hour prior to the service at the church.
Marie was born May 12, 1947, to Raymond and Mildred (Tunglund) Windhauser.
She enjoyed cooking and baking for family and friends.
Marie is survived by her husband, Fred Jr; daughter, Lori (Steve) Schmidt; son, Richard Anderson; daughter, Lisa (Todd Miller) Anderson; nine grandchildren; brothers Mark and Brad Windhauser; and sister Judy Lucken.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Randy Windhauser; a sister, Madlyn Scharlepp; and an infant grandson, Nicholas Anderson.
Arrangements are by the Swanson Peterson Funeral Home in Howard Lake.
