Ann Mae Palumbo, age 86, of Watertown, formerly of White Bear Lake, died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009, at the Elim Home in Watertown.
She was born May 22, 1923, in Somerset, WI, to Eli and Anna Rondeau.
Ann was united in marriage to Joseph Palumbo May 22, 1943.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; parents Eli and Anna Rondeau; brothers Lloyd and Lester; a sister, Imogene; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Florence and Nick Miller, Anthony Palumbo, Frances Palumbo, Pat and Theresa Palumbo; and a great-granddaughter, Hannah Gamnis.
Ann is survived by her daughters, JoAnne and John Cebulla, and Elizabeth Schmidt; grandchildren Barbara and Jeff Vanwatermulen, Karen and Kevin Linn, Julie and Eric Anderson, Linda and Rob Berg, Maribeth and Rand Harding, Suzanne and Tony Noor, Steven and Elizabeth Gamnis, and Joseph and Cindy Gamnis; 19 great-grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial took place Wednesday, Aug. 19 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Watertown with the Rev. Frank Wampach officiating. Inurnment was in the church cemetery.
Arrangements were by the Iten’s Watertown Funeral Home.
