Charles Emil Timmerman, age 58, of rural Waverly, died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009, at Fairview Southdale Hospital after a brief battle with cancer.
He was born June 2, 1950, in Minneapolis, to the late Charles August and Mildred (nee Pass) Timmerman.
He was a class of 1968 graduate of Shakopee High School.
Charles married Marilyn Boeser Sept. 13, 1969, at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Bloomington.
After high school graduation, Charlie began working for Culligan Water (Minnetonka), where he was currently employed.
He enjoyed nature, walking, hunting and fishing.
Charles is survived by his wife, Marilyn, of rural Waverly; their two sons: Darrell, of Waverly, and Scott and his wife, Sandy, of rural Buffalo; and a grandson, Carsten.
Friends called upon the family at their home in Buffalo (Rockford Township) Saturday, Feb. 21 from 1 to 6 p.m.
