Toby Brian Edman, age 39, of Winsted, died Friday, Dec. 24, 2010, at his residence.

He was born June 23, 1971, in Willmar.

Toby was employed as a welder all of his adult life.

He enjoyed rebuilding small engines, riding snowmobiles, and spending time with his children.

Toby is survived by four children: Ricky, Derek, Sahara and Natania; his mother, Sharon Shirley; sisters Alicia Kilts and Rebekah Edman; nieces and nephews Destiny, Olivia, Harley, Madison, Storm and Levi; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services took place Wednesday, Dec. 29 at 2 p.m. at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted with visitation one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Mark Loder officiated.

Honorary casket bearers were Toby’s nieces and nephews: Destiny, Olivia, Harley, Madison, Storm, and Levi. Casket bearers were Ron Houston, Joe Potter, Joe Hernandez, and John Hernandez.
