Leola “Lee” Rose Cline Hardy, age 82, of Fort Worth, TX, formerly of the Dassel, Maple Lake, and Annandale areas, died Friday, July 9, 2010, in Fort Worth.
Memorial services will take place Saturday, July 31 at 1 p.m. at the Iten Funeral Chapel in Delano, with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by the Iten Funeral Home in Delano.
Leola was born in 1927, in Winnebago, and lived in Maple Lake, Annandale, and Dassel in recent years.
An active AA member for 36 years, Leola had a rewarding career in chemical dependency counseling for 20 years.
She loved her lifetime hobby of sewing.
Leola moved to Fort Worth, TX in 2000, after retiring, to live near her son, Jack and family and she loved every day of it. Leola cherished her family and they all loved her dearly. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lawrence Cline and James Hardy; parents Lorn and Delores Powers; twin sister Letty; and her eldest son, Everett Cline.
Leola is survived by her daughter, Brenda and Ken Nivala of Maple Grove; two sons, Jack Cline of Aledo, TX, and Jeff and Dana Cline of Hamel; 8 grandchildren; and 14, soon to be 15, great-grandchildren.
