Donna M. (Salonek) Bloom, age 68, of Seattle, WA, formerly of Montrose, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at her home.
She was born May 12, 1942, the youngest of six children born to Theodore and Theresa (Lyrek) Salonek of Montrose.
Donna was a graduate of Watertown High School, and of School of Nursing, St. Cloud, where she received her registered nursing degree.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Leo Salonek and Ted Salonek Sr.
Donna is survived by her husband, Donald Bloom; a son, Sean Anderson; two daughters, Lauren (Ric) Brandt, and Rochelle (John) Hill; and six grandchildren, all of Seattle.
She is further survived by two brothers, Paul (Elaine) Salonek of Waverly, and Urban (Rose) Salonek of Springfield; a sister, Anne (George) Lambrecht of Buffalo; sisters-in-law Marge Salonek and Jean Salonek of Montrose; and many other relatives and friends.
Services will take place in Seattle, WA.
