Richard Allen Kulas, age 55, of Delano, formerly of Owatonna, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011.
Funeral services will be Monday, Sept. 26, at 11 a.m. at West Pointe Church in Delano. Interment will follow at 3:30 p.m. at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Owatonna.
Visitation was Sunday, Sept. 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church, and continues Monday, one hour prior to the services.
Rich was born May 4, 1956, in Owatonna, to Elmer and Betty (Bickell) Kulas.
He graduated from Owatonna High School in 1974, and furthered his education at Albert Lea Vocational.
He was an employee of Mac Tools of Bloomington.
A loving husband, father, and son, Rich loved the outdoors and working in his yard. He was always willing to help others.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer.
Rich is survived by his wife, Linda; children Cameron, Ashley, and Trent; mother Betty Kulas; and four siblings, Douglas (Judy) Kulas of Aurora, CO, Michael Kulas of Peachtree, GA, Edwin (Francis) Kulas of Fort Worth, TX, and Roxanne (Roger) Wacek of Owatonna.
Arrangements are by the Iten Funeral Home in Delano.
