Lawrence J. Mueller, age 85 of Watertown passed away Thursday June 2, 2011 at the Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia.
Memorial service was Thursday June 7, 2011 at 2 p.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Watertown with Rev. Greg Loomis officiating. Visitation was one hour prior to the service at church. Interment Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Watertown.
Lawrence was born April 9, 1926 in Watertown Township. the son of Anton and Elsie (Lemmermann) Mueller.
On Oct. 28, 1948 he was united in marriage to Alvina E. Fladung at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Delano.
Spending time with family especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought much joy to his life.
Lawrence loved to go camping with his various campers he owned throughout his lifetime and obviously fishing was number one on his list also.
He had a knack for making things out of wood, which took place at the shop in his garage.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his wife Alvina; sister and brother-in-law Ruth and Alvin Kettenacker.
Lawrence is survived by his loving family; sons and daughters-in-law Wayne and Linda Mueller of Maple Plain; Keith and June Mueller of Watertown; grandchildren Shannon and Todd Frost, Heather Mueller and David Bensussan, Shannon Klein, Shawn Klein and Kay Carlson; great-grandchildren Cole and Aiden Frost, Lucianna Bensussan, Spencer Gongoll, Matthew Klein, and Ryan Diers.
He is further survivied by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Valeria Tielman and Paul of Blackduck, Jerome and Nancy Fladung of Redlake, Lucilla and Richard Toenyan of Hibbings; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
