Joseph Triplett, age 28, of Duluth, formerly of Watertown, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, Oct. 31 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary of Czestochowa Catholic Church, 1867 95th St. SE, Delano. The Rev. Thomas Balluff will celebrate the Mass, followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Visitation was Sunday, Oct. 30 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the church; and continues Monday one hour prior to Mass.
He was born March 17, 1983, in Waconia, to Thomas and Viginia (Schaefer) Triplett.
A kind and gentle soul, Joseph was a loving son, brother, and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Vernon Schaefer, and Ethel and Ellis Triplett; aunt and uncle Marvin and Jeannine Varner; and great uncle Alex Schneider.
Joseph is survived by his parents, Thomas and Virginia; siblings Gina Triplett and Matthew Curtius, Sarah (Matt) Marks, Thomas (Stephanie), Triplett, Jeffrey Triplett, and Emily Triplett; grandmother Ida Schaefer; as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Iten Funeral Home in Delano.
