Gregory Wesley Haller, age 70, of Waverly, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at the Cokato Manor in Cokato.
A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Greg was united in marriage to Dorianna Jill Edeskuty Dec. 29, 1969.
Greg was employed by the Church of St. Mary in Waverly for over 30 years.
He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. Time spent with family was truly the joy of his life.
Greg is survived by his wife, Dori; children John (Gwenn) Haller, and Michele (Michael) Stevens; six grandchildren, Nicole, Hunter, Jozie, Danielle, Derek, and Delaney; eight siblings: Barry Haller, Joseph (Patricia) Haller, Mary (Gary) Frandson, Kathleen (Gary) Groettum, Susan Haller, Chester (Kathy) Haller, Janet (Michael) Severance, and Mark (Judy) Haller; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial took place Saturday, Nov. 24 at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of St. Mary. Interment with military honors followed in the church cemetery.
Visitation was Friday from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m, with a 7:30 p.m. prayer service in the St. Mary’s Parish Center; and continued Saturday, one hour prior to Mass.
Arrangements were by the Iten Funeral Home in Delano.
