Darla Kay Juday, age 55, of Delano, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 25, 2012.
She was born Jan. 19, 1957, in Minneapolis, to Irvin and Rosella (Gramman) Dahl.
Darla’s foremost dedication in life was to be the best of mothers to her children, and she will undoubtedly continue to watch over them.
Darla and her fiancé, Patrick Eischens, successfully developed their own business, while maintaining a small hobby farm at their Delano home.
An avid community volunteer, Darla had a particular interest in serving the homebound elderly.
She loved animals, particularly horses, and she devoted much of her time to assisting friends and neighbors with the care of their livestock.
Darla was a model of resilience, and her infectious spunk will be sorely missed by all who love her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Rosella Dahl; and a brother, Thomas.
Darla is survived by her beloved fiancé, Patrick Eischens; her cherished children, Jeremiah Juday, Rosella (Stephen) Froehle, Toniah (Ryan) Ofsthun, Kristin Juday and Kristin’s fiancé, Andrew Thomas; Adam Juday, and Maria Juday; her brothers, David, Kenneth, John, and James, a sister, Lisa; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
