Antoinette “Annette” M. Kaczmarek, age 71, of Silver Lake, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012 at the Hutchinson hospital.
She was born April 19, 1940, in Silver Lake, the daughter of George and Angeline (Nowak) Kaczmarek.

Annette made many friends throughout the years and was truly loved by everyone. She will be sadly missed by her entire family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Maynard Kaczmarek; and aunts and uncles.
Annette is survived by a brother, Leonard (Dorothy) Kaczmarek of Litchfield; sisters Pat (Jim) Lemke of Wisconsin, and Bridget Kaczmarek of Mankato; nieces Elizabeth Lemke and Christine Lemke; aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
