Kevin D. Kraemer Obituary – 2/28/2012


Kevin David Kraemer, age 26, of Reno, NV, died Tuesday Feb. 28, 2012, in Reno.

He was born Feb. 24, 1986, in Edina. His father, Gary Kraemer, grew up in the Delano area.

Kevin moved to Reno with his family when he was 4 years old.

After completing high school, Kevin attended TMCC, where he majored in graphic design.

Kevin was an uncontainable free spirit and unique in every possible way. He was carefree, kind, and adventurous.

Kevin was funny, yet a man of few words. He was artistic and handy.

He loved the outdoors, fishing, skateboarding, and cooking, but most of all, he loved his family and friends. Kevin will be greatly missed by those who loved him.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents Gary Kraemer and Bonnie (Ralph) Kraemer; a sister, Jaclyn Kraemer; maternal grandparents, David and AnnaBelle Ralph; and aunts and uncles, Michelle and Bruce Bogenrief, George and Catherine Kraemer, Keith and Beth Kraemer, Tim and Debbie Kraemer, Darlene and Duane Schmidt, Jeanette and Jeff Miner, Danny and Judy Ralph, and Roger and Laurie Ralph.

His paternal grandparents, George and Mildred Kraemer; and paternal step-grandfather, Fred Saunders preceded him in death.

A celebration of Kevin’s life took place Sunday, March 4 at 1:30 p.m. at Walton’s Funeral Home in Reno. Memorial donations may be sent to “Join Together Northern Nevada” heroin education campaign at www.jtnn.org.
