Ardis Schultz, age 84, of Buffalo (formerly of Montrose) passed away Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at the Parkview Care Center in Buffalo.
She and her twin brother were born May 24, 1928, to Clarence and Melinda (Hagstrom) Schultz of Buffalo. Weighing only 2 pounds, it is said she and Arvin were fed every hour with a medicine dropper and warmed by keeping them on an oven door.
Ardis is survived by her twin brother, Arvin, of Buffalo; a sister-in-law, Rosemary Schultz of Montrose; and five nieces and nephews, Randy (Karen) Pouliot of Otsego, Lori (Michael) Pulvermacher, Lyne (Tony) Daniels, all of Buffalo, Lana (Gary) Fabel of Montrose, and Lee (Nicole) Schultz of Howard Lake; in addition to many great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services took place Wednesday, Dec. 12 at 1:30 p.m. at the Parkview Worship Center, with public viewing beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment followed at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Buffalo.
The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo served the family.
