Hayden B. Solien Obituary – 2/10/2012


Hayden Benjamin Solien, age 7, of Montrose, died accidentally Friday, Feb. 10, 2012.

He was born May 11, 2004, in Waconia, the son of Timothy L. and Carrie (Socher) Solien.

Hayden was a very friendly little boy who played with everyone. He was a second grade student at Parkside Elementary School, and enjoyed reading, fishing, bugs, dinosaurs, motorcycles, skateboarding, going to the park, riding his bike, and playing soccer and hockey. He also loved being a big brother to his sister, Chloe.

Hayden was preceded in death by his Grandpa Leo Socher.

He is survived by his loving parents; his sister, Chloe; grandparents Merrilla Socher of Montrose, and LuVern and Claire Solien of Buffalo; aunts and uncles, Debbie (Jack) Wambeke of Maple Lake, Danny (Tammy) Socher of Waverly, Cindy Solien-Reid of St. Michael, Pam Klein of Becker, and Janelle (Jared) Mutterer of Buffalo; and many cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial took place Wednesday, Feb. 15 at 11 a.m. at the Church of St. Francis Xavier in Buffalo with Father David Hennen as the celebrant. There was visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.

Casket bearers were Danny Socher, Devin Socher, Joe Torba, and Paul Torba.
