Deloris E. Barton, age 88, of Brooklyn Park, died Friday, April 12, 2013.
Deloris graduated from Cokato High School in 1943, and later moved to Brooklyn Park, where she lived for the last 60 years.
The funeral service will be Tuesday, April 16 at 11 a.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 700 Snelling Ave., St Paul. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park.
There will be visitation Monday, April 15 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave, Anoka. Visitation will continue Tuesday for one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lyngblomsten Care Center.

Besides being a homemaker, Deloris worked as a cook at Jackson Junior High School in Anoka.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Deloris was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; and sisters and brothers.
She is survived by her son, Bill (Shelly); granddaughter Anna; and siblings Paul Berg, June Weiss, and LuAnne (Victor) Lubke.
