Clement D. Milbrath Obituary – 7/27/2013


Clement Dean Milbrath, age 75, of Stillwater, formerly of Lester Prairie, died Saturday, July 27, 2013, after a battle with ALS.

Clement was born and raised in Lester Prairie.

He had a passion for baseball, old cars, and golfing with his friends. Clement attended many spring training sessions in Arizona, and traveled the western United States extensively.

A career counselor in Rockford, IL for many years, Clement worked to build a career center for the community.

He was known for his generous personality, and enjoyed gifting to his friends.

Clement was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Edna, who he cared for, for many years.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Beverly; brothers-in-law Edward (Sharon), Ronald, and Larry Monette; and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends in both Arizona and Minnesota.

A funeral service took place Thursday, Aug. 1 at 11 a.m. at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center in Stillwater, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment was at New Richmond Cemetery, New Richmond, WI.

Memorials are preferred to United Methodist Church and ALS Foundation for Life.
