Irma Leola (Titterud) Rose, age 98, died Friday, Aug 2, 2013, in Bellevue, WA.
She was born Aug. 17, 1914, in Cokato, to Victor and Alma Titterud.
Irma married Bernard Rose of Buffalo in 1942. Bernie was a career Air Force officer, so he and Irma lived in many locations in the United States, and also lived for two years near Osaka Japan.
Irma and Bernie had four children, Gary of Redmond, WA, Steven of Rocklin, CA, Madelaine of Bremerton, WA, and Karen of Santa Rosa, CA.
Bernie died in Santa Rosa, CA in 1983. Irma did not remarry.
She is survived by her brother, Vincent; her sister, Corinne; her four children; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren.
Irma is buried next to Bernie in Santa Rosa Memorial Park in Santa Rosa, CA. Memorial gifts can be directed to the Cokato Historical Society.
